My wife is on study permit and studying 16 months HRBM course in algoma University.. i have applied my SOWP on 12th January and i got refusal on 15th of may 2024 and refusal reasons were common as stated i nmany videos for fianance and will not leave canada etc. i have also applied web form for reconsideration but till date haven't received any response for same. Sir, i have question that can i reapply my SOWP in this case by stating that i got refusal for file which was submitted before 19th march 2024 restrictions?
