Thanks Tyler I spit my coffee on my keyboard laughing so hard with " I may or may not have ran over this gauge the other day" I love your content so much.
I watch all of your videos and enjoy them greatly. When you pulled the spreader and I heard the distinctive “click, click”, it took me back to boyhood days on our Indiana farm, hauling manure with our old ground drive spreader. Thank you for that!
I don't know how you manage in the heat, you should carry a small cooler with ice and water with you at all times, pretty sure your dogs can benefit from it too 😊 Just take good care of yourself, your family, animals and us need you! ❤️
Hi, made a drag arrow out of a section of chain-link fence. I just fashioned a frame for it and it works exceptionally well. I’m pastures to break up existing deposits and would work easily as well with your spreader spreading.
Like others who follow your channel, you are my #1 cattle rancher. My # dairy farmer is I Farm We Farm in Ireland. Tyler and Aiden have much in common. They are both hard working, creative, family oriented men working hard for the love of their land the lifestyle it provides them.
Thanks for the memory recall. Not something I miss filling. And we filled ours by shovelful. Straddling the loafing sheds gutters. Yucky work. But somebody had to do it and it was a good kid job. lol. Ranch looking good.
I don't watch any other farm channel. I watch the hoof guy and the cowgirl with her horses, but no other farmers or ranchers. From here I watch trucks in mud or play pinochle with people around the world. Then I get board and do house work or get outside before it gets to hot.......😊.......I know, TMI.....🤣😂😁
Dominoes. Working your way up the ladder. You are correct. Just starting on moving the hay is a step in the right direction. Golly how many comments asking about the flatbed? This isn't one of them. Carry on. Glad the spreader worked out.
I was convinced my husband nor anyone in his family owned a watch-he’d go to help at his dad’s farm, and 3 hours turned into 5+… this belt broke, that chain, etc. I wasn’t raised on a farm, was not aware of all that entails.
It brought back so many memories for me today. We didn't have the modern equipment you have - so I sat on the machine that passed as a spreader and kicked a pedal that moved the slide bar. 🥳 I was about 9-10 when I started. It was one of the stinkiest jobs for sure - but I always kept a bouquet of mint in my hand to sniff at. 😀
Another job done, two more crop up. Your viewers love how you prioritize tasks. Keep em coming FTR and MRS. How about a chicken update? Saw them in the background of a recent video and they looked big!
FTR would Never run over an important tool?!!!! 😂❤ great job!! Looks nice and sunny in California❤ I need to go back and find the video where u explained the distance between each place you have. Hopefully a why is in there lol so curious to me
Hii Tyler always love to watch another great video ❤looks great that’s going to be great once it starts growing ! Manure is the best fertilizer if you have access to it lol can’t wait for more videos love following you around on the ranch doing stuff ….
..... I need to start bringing hay in but before I can do that, I need to move/spread the manure pile but before I can do that, I need to move the cattle to a new pasture but before I can do that, I need to string hot wire to stop cattle from drinking the ditch water and to kill as many flies as possible.... then I can bring hay into the barn which I will not have time to do today. That's a condensed synopsis of what's going on today on Farmer Tyler Ranch. 😄👍
I made me a great drag from a 16ft wire panel and some bent up Tposts that were headed to the scrap yard. A couple of old chains hooked to my 4-wheeler! Works for me!!!
It’s nice to see that you’re always taking care of your farm equipment! Have you ever thought of hiring a farm hand to help you? Just curious! Love your videos!!! Hope you and the family are well! 💜
You should check out Greg Judy, regenerative ranger, he uses swallows that he says he 8000 flies a day. All you have to do is setup the bird houses. May eliminate or reduce the amount of fly spray
Mixture of permethrine and mineral oil . Put that mixture on a back rub where the cattle will walk under it and the mixture will be applied to their backs to fight the fly issue?
I think maybe if you spread it the other way in the field. The irrigation water might help spread the nutrients down the field as long as it doesn't cause the water not to flow like it should. Maybe spread just a little less thick.
How I wish your farm is close, would love to buy some bag of your cow manure, that’s gold for us organic plant fanatic, the treated liquid manure produce by the milk farm are getting more pricy this year at the local nurseries about 60 per gallon…
I love watching your videos, I learn a lot I get to see a lot of things get made just wish the videos lasted to at least 30 minutes. Then it would be perfect.
Hmm...I thought you had that spreader zeroed-in from previous years. I can see how some larger rocks could really cause a problem...especially to your cameras😏
