So the intro to the Bidding was originally for spring and a storm? Interesting.

Joe didn’t like Ryan’s performance in this demo, so he fired him from the band and locked him in a pit of letters, forced to read letters from fans all day.

for some reason the whole song made me laugh SO HARD 'there was a lot of water.' 'i like the way it feels upon my brain'. 'the garage was flooded.' 'blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.' 'what do you think??' 'when you die.' 'blah blah blah. blah blah bla-' like it sounds like a dude telling his whole life story then just singing 'blah blah blah' for a full minute.

I respect the hell outta this demo, but I am _very_ glad they revisited it to fully form it into the official version

The intro gave me an eargasm. I love hearing the way their songs connected in their history. It's the same with the mind electric and labyrinth from Hawaii part II

I love how some demos from tally hall ( and miracle musical ) just sing giberish

This song feels like a slow embracing march towards death, just slowly becoming more incomprehensible. Plus mr. moon says that when you die you become a star, then joe says that you're a star, doesn't feel like an accident to me. Mr. moon can also be interpreted as some type of god, or grim reaper figure. Anyway thats just me overanalyzing some goofy demo
