Hey Ashley! Sister, get the extendable swiffer duster handle and save your back! It is life changing how easy it is to dust with the extendable handle. I literally dust baseboards every week because you don’t even have to bend to do it. It’s also amazing for ceiling fans….well just everything! I just finished my spring cleaning this week, so it’s nice to just sit back and watch you for enjoyment and not for motivation this time. 😅 Have a great week! ❤

Thanks Ashley! We’ve been in our Colorado new build home for 3 years now and are still finding so many areas where builders left glue, caulking, grime, etc. Moving day was so devastating because it was left so filthy for us. And no cleaning was done by them, despite it being promised. New flooring was not protected after installation and carpets have stains that keep reappearing 🫣. Tile cleaning is still a project we are working on. Your house is gorgeous, and you’ve used the neutrals that I love but were not “available” with our builder. So I’m living my dream watching you🥰. Hubby is very laid back and non-confrontational, so it’s on my 73 year old shoulders 😖. So I’m loving your videos and your great energy, ideas, gorgeous home, and also your precious “boys”❣️ Thanks for inspiring me to clean and make the most of what I have👍♥️

I do baseboards, ceiling fans, lights, pictures, and anything on the walls once a month. I use an extendable soft brush. I have a bristle brush too. I don't envy you having to wash slip covers. They are a hassle to put back on.

Ashley, I moved to a new house and put my washer and dryer on casters and WOW, I love it so much because I have pets and hair gets everywhere. It is so easy to roll forward and clean both the floor and the wall. ❤

You should put a number on the cushion tags and cover tags from left to right or whatever so you can match them up easily and put them back in the right position.

One tip I wanted to give is if you can pull the panel off the front of your dryer underneath the door, inside there. We have a program with our gas company that they come. And I can schedule them to vacuum that out. And it is amazing how much length gets down in there and is fire causing... I do this myself the years I forget to schedule. 1 year there was actually lint that it started to burn and it was down below the drum. And we had to remove that panel and saw it was very scary. Another thing people check your outside venting to your daughter. Make sure there isn't winter anything that is caught inside there. I have that attachment that you put underneath your dryer it works fantastic. Great video ashley and your home is so beautiful. I have old oak trim and have been contemplating painting it. Has anyone ever done that and regretted painting a lighter color ? Or is it easier just to put new trim. My trim is so hard. You can't buy good solid trim like mine anymore according to flooring people. Yesterday, I flipped over my bed, the base and mattress, and vacuumed. That was my first step of spring cleaning. My neighbor used to clean windows for people and a tip Once I used to squeegee with a little mop on the one side of it and the squeegee on the other soap and water, it worked so easy and it helped me be able to clean my windows when I couldn't get on the ladder for a few years. Now my new windows open from the inside and to me. They seem harder to clean. How do you get the marks off vinegar isn't helping?

Hi Ashley I vacuum my baseboards everyweek as I use the brush attachment on my vacum cleaner to suck it all up and then vacum the room .......no bending required except for changing the attachment....I don't think I could leave them for 6 months or more they'd show..windows I do on one day and nothing else.

I had some stains on the floor I just didn't want to get down on my knees and clean those spots but once I did it it took less than 10 minutes but I was dreading it for a month

I have a question about the Jaws cream cleanser. I use Bar Keepers Friend cream cleanser. I have never tried the Jaws. Is there one that you use more often than the other? Do you use Jaws on certain things and the Bar Keeper's on others? Thank you! God Bless!

I dread dusting too but I have to do it almost daily bc I am allergic to dust mice etc so I gotta dust on the daily. Thank you! I do have some house slippers I wear sometimes but since we vacuum and mop every day outside shoes don’t bother us in the house. The floors are LVP by Shaw Floors. Model is Alabaster Pantheon HD +

I know we have companies that clean windows but it would be pricey to have them clean this many windows monthly. That would be nice to have done though!
