I absolutely LOVE every inch of this house!! The tweaks to the floor plan that you guys did are absolutely brilliant from a functional standpoint & very well thought out! 🏆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The movie room is amazing but my fav has to be that open concept kitchen/living/dining. Beautiful home! I love the easy attic access from the garage, the powder room access from outside for the pool/building. Also the pocket door for easy access to laundry room. Lovely home! Switching the dresser and fireplace was a great decision…they both look great in their new rooms. I remember Chase’s trick shots and the drone video in your last house too! Girl, I'm so excited to watch! It's PEARL! Love the little dresser instead of the fireplace. I'm guessing it made its way back into the primary bedroom, to be determined... Good call on the kitchen ceiling! I also love pocket doors! Another good call on the extra fridge in the laundry room. I'd love to put our upright freezer in our laundry room, but no space. Your house is beautiful & so functional Ashley! We built in Texas a few years ago & our builder also hates pocket doors! Heck my husband installed one at our old house. I absolutely love having my closet off of my laundry room, so convenient! 🧺 We also have a walk in shower, hate keeping glass clean! Brilliant… the fireplace is perfect in the guest bedroom! A happy little “accident” that the TV equipment was hung too high.

Thank you so much! We originally bought curtains from IKEA for the living room and dining room but decided it would take away from the black windows and decided not to use them. And the white was a different color than our walls so it looked a little off. Thanks for watching!
