Hi Amy. What a peaceful and inspirational video. I love the early mornings before having to get ready for work, and head out the door. That time is sacred for me, and intentionally reserved for God, just giving Him thanks, and reflecting on how He has carried me over to the start of another week. Thank you, Amy! I really needed this. I'm determined to become the mom and wife I want to be, and you really are an inspiration to me. I've also noticed how we all get depressed and aggravated when I end up letting my laziness and procrastination win. I've started a decluttering journey and am working on productivity with my house and my health. I recently refound the bible verse in psalms that talks about how a wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands. That knowledge hurt my soul. I've been in a pattern of destruction, but no longer. It feels a bit like training an adict at this point, but my determination will win this time. Thank you for sharing your day with us, and thank you for the reminders.

Great inspiration and motivation Amy!! Thank you!! I have been doing the same, I just spent a good hour yesterday weeding out my closet and dresser drawers!! The rug and table warmed up the living room so nicely. Speaking of clothing, can you share where you picked up your blue shirt? You always look so lovely in your videos. Now that I have made such progress in my closet I could use a few nice pieces. PS. I look forward to using my scale every morning. This morning I woke up with a head ache. My scale told me I was VERY low (20 % ) on water. I did only get 60oz yesterday and I was very active!

Love these day-in-life videos! Your kitchen layout is wonderful. I love the isalnd/peninsual counter, plus room for a proper island, and especially love that the sink is under big windows!! I wish builders would stop putting the sinks in the islands, it really disrupts the flow of the island usage options.

Amy what do you use for a sweetener? . I have tried so many and they leave such an aftertaste.

I have been on my own/married for over 50 yeats. Worked full time and plus overtime. Had 2 kids. I nevermissed making my bed. I don't think I could sleep if i had to get in a bed that wasn't made. I timed it once, don't think it took 5 minutes. Also, love that cornflower blue top.

I love watching you Amy and you look great! And may I ask where you got the coffee table I love it? I seriously have to keep editing my comment cause as I watch I’ve got more to say lol. But your voice is so soothing is one thing and also I’ve been making something similar as your lunch. 1/2 c. Cottage cheese low-fat 1/4 pizza sauce 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 1ounce of turkey pepperoni cut into pieces. Add all together put into a oven safe pan put a few pepperoni slices on top and a drizzle of low-fat mozzarella cheese. It’s great! 400 degree oven for about 7 minutes or so. That’s so if anyone wants a bread less batch.

Good morning Amy, I love your videos, your my favorite...however I have a question, do you ever post below where you purchase items in your home? I may have overlooked it but was trying to find where I can get a diffuser like yours. It's so pretty

I always look forward to your videos. I find them to be calming, motivating, and inspiring. I love the top that you have on. Did it come from Amazon? Do you find that the clothes that you purchase there fit true to size or do you have to size up or down in order for them to fit correctly? I ordered one of the ruffle short sleeve tops that you had on at the beginning of your last video earlier today. I was tempted to order the top in multiple colors, but figured that I had better wait until I receive the first one to make sure it fits. Over the past year I have lost 60 pounds, but I still have wider hips, so I have to buy tops to fit my hips and with the brands that are sold on Amazon ~~ well, it tends to be hit or miss. You can buy an XL in one top and be swimming in it and the next one is way too small. I was also confused by the size chart because it had a hem length measurement and I wasn't certain if this was the measurement taken around the entire bottom edge or what that measurement meant specifically. So keeping my fingers crossed that the top will fit and then I can order other colors.

I'm surprised you're not wearing your new Amazon necklace. Are you unhappy with it? I ordered it too. The only issue I have with it is the color. The gold is so pale it doesn't match any of my other jewelry. Otherwise, it's nice and comfortable enough to wear non-stop.
