You know what, this is just what I need. Like, I'm on a diet and at the same time, currently the price of frying oil in my country is SKYROCKETING so in short, I've been eating unfried springrolls. Usually here springrolls is stuffed with sweet and savoury bamboo shoot, minced chicken & shrimp but I experienced and put fermented cassava with cheddar cheese in it and it was absolutely BOMB. So damn delicious. But sometimes storebought springrolls skin are too thin, dry, cracky, and difficult to separate. If the springrolls are going to be fried its not so much an issue but I'm eating mine unfried, so... I'm going to try make the skin myself ^^ Thank you so much ☺
