Pizzoccheri ingredients:
300 g of buckwheat pasta
300 g of beets or ribs
2 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of coarse salt
100 g of butter
5 sage leaves
150 g of alpine cheese (Bitto or Branzi or similar)
50 g of Parmesan
Kitchen cleaner:
100ml of water
50 g of citric acid
1 teaspoon of dish detergent
5 drops of lemon essence or other essence
