I will forever be sad about DBZA ending, forever grateful that it exists at all, and always excited for (though not always interested in) whatever comes next. HFIL is simply amazing.

This is just me, but I feel like I know how HFIL might end. The other world tournament thing got mentioned in one of the episodes, and it made me think of when Goku and Paikon went to hell to stop the villains from causing more chaos. I feel like the end will be like then finally escaping and then getting sent back to HFIL for doing that or something

Im just glad I found you guys while DBZA, Hellsing Abridged, and everything else was still kicking off and going strong. I love you guys and your work, you've helped so many people fall in love with Dragon Ball again, and given us one of the greatest ways to ever watch it. Hellsing was perfect, I don't think anyone could do it better. Keep doing you and do great things, maybe one day we'll get lucky and you guys could actually get together and do another movie or buu saga. I know it's unlikely but nothing is impossible, go Team Three Star! It is a sad thing to hear there won't be any Lani+Grant+Kirran gaming content ahead since I loved it so much But as someone who has distanced from a number of people I care about during the pandemic and I want to fix that, I 100% get that. Also the whole thing with different energies clashing is totally understandable

The Pandemic has affected a lot of people in various ways. As someone who lost their mom to the pandemic, reflection and simmering is something I understand greatly. Remember TFS, personal life is most important, so whatever happens, as long as everyone is ok, that's what matters.

1:01:35 I actually love the krillin/18 dynamic in DBZA. Their dragon short is my favourite because they have such a gentle, comfortable chemistry. Like it very much feels like Krillin is one of the only guys who is more interested in 18 as a person. I would legit watch a sitcom about them.

what really bothered me as an audience was that, right after Ben left, some things were out of place, time passed but a new structure emerged, but in this structure, we had, for example, Kingdom hearts content without kirran and Grant, videos where the new people on the team couldn't generate good engagement, the pace of new projects with too much time between them, and part of them being left out. I know it's not TFS' fault, I have a small project and my inspiration base is the TEAM tour star, but I can't say...there's something different

So Krillen is the C3-P0 of DBZA in that he showed up in all but one thing? Edit: I feel the constant depression and anxiety that Scott talked about. My favorite TFS memory is when Taka, Scott and Lani came to Orlando and I asked Lani to reenact the Finger Bang from his Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged and I got it on video. I then told Taka, who had just debuted as Cell, that it was the creepiest Abridged voice since Brock in Pokemon 'Bridged. He stood up, looked me dead in the eyes, licked his lips, and growled "BREEEEEDIIIING." I wish I had gotten that on video.

Buu Saga line I want: Buuhan vs Vegito. Buuhan turns Vegito into candy, Vegito fights back, Buu: “How, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?!” Vegito: “Fore you see, Majin Buu, you’re not dealing with your average piece of candy anymore.” Buu: “Nooooo.” Vegito: “I am the Legendary SUPER CANDY!!!” Shoots through Buuhan’s and throat.

My pitch for the next unabridged episode: Lani gets the call to come back into work. Lani, who has not ventured outside his home in over a year, goes on a short odyssey to get to work, filled with interactions and experiences with the world he has not seen in soo long. He enters in to the office of TFS and Kaiser walks up to him, straight-faced and not in character, and says, "Nick, no more messing around, we have a ton of shit to do" Lani ponders for a moment, breaks character, and says, "Yeah, your right" And Cut to Series Finale

Man I hope lani comes back for the tfs gaming trio. Like I like what they do now. But man. Nothing beat when the three of them were together.

I agree with what was said about passion for the project during the "Lani in Nuzlockes" question. I love playing the LEGO games and have been going through them all to 100% since 2019-ish. Problem is that's a LOT of games, 24 to be exact, so eventually burnout is gonna set in. ----- Now to a degree i happily played all the PS3 titles, having even bought the first LEGO Indiana Jones game i didn't have, (I thought Indy 2 was just the first game with Crystal Skull content. It was not) but some of the older games DID show their age with their jank. Namely vehicle controls in Batman 1 and Indy 2. Races in the latter have been some of the very few times i've legitimately shouted at a game. Specifically the jeep race in the Crystal Skull map's lower area, during my original playthrough, and the airport bike race in my recent-ish replay. ----- Batman's issues came about from the tow mines in boat levels. There's also the TWO ice sliding puzzles in the villain-side Penguin/Catwoman level. The ski slide cos of a tight time limit and ski gates that don't always register, then the big slide into the last area that requires pinpoint accuracy on the slope or else you'll go down the wrong path and miss one of the five objects you need to hit. Oh and there's no quick retry, you have to replay the entire level if you scuff it up. I almost missed an object a year or so ago but a quick switch into Player 2 saved the run. ----- Another issue, aside from janky controls (Looking at you, flight controls for Batman 2 and Marvel 1!) the sheer size of some games burns me out. I can usually get games done in 25-35 hours, depending on size, with smaller games like The LEGO Movie and Ninjago only taking 13 due to the smaller amount of stuff to find. But then you get games like LEGO City Undercover, Dimensions and Skywalker Saga that are SO DAMN BIG that getting to 100% feels like so much busywork. My original LCU run took FIFTY HOURS! My replay a couple months back got to about 14 hours, with almost the entire GTA-sized city's worth of stuff yet to do, before i said "sod this" and just deleted the file. That game has WAY too much stuff in its overworld AND there was like 20 races/time trials i just could not be dealing with. Especially the ice cream truck race that gave me so much grief in my original run. ----- Dimensions i'm technically on my 2nd go of, as i had the PS3 version at 100% before Year 2, but i couldn't get the Year 2 update downloaded as my internet sucks and my PS3 is needed to watch RU-vid. So i bought the PS4 version which DOES allow background downloads and have made efforts to get the Year 2 sets, which some roadblocks due to God-damn scalpers. £80 for the Jake/Lumpy 2-pack just cos some Fantastic Beasts levels REQUIRE Jake and B-MO for minikits. Jake for being able to go through mini hatches and track, while B-MO has specific interface switches that require them. The Sonic level pack is also gonna be a pain to get as he's popular... Although the minifig is no longer exclusive so its value has gone down. ----- Now i'm having to deal with Skywalker Saga, which arrived on the 5th and i've been playing it for 3-4 hours every night. It's now the 24th/25th and i've only just gotten to over 90%. This game is too damn big... I luckily had a co-op partner to help get things done faster but it was still tedious. Didn't help that we encountered SEVERAL bugs and freezes while playing. Heck, both Maul and Grievous bugged out during their boss fights while i tried to do all the challenges for those levels. Maul was particularly egregious as i had to beat the level in 10 minutes. Can't beat a level when the boss is bugged out and can't be damaged due to cutscene garbage. ----- Another bugbear i've developed with these games are the jokes. SO MANY times have they just not been funny in the slightest, especially when they're drawn out or forced into scenes that don't need them. ----- I still love these games, and have another 3 and a half to complete, but i am just so tired... It's not fun anymore, it's just more work that needs doing. Like everything in my life...

Kaiser once came into my store in looking for shoes with his husband, I recognized him based on his hat. I was too nervous to talk with him since he was shopping but he was one of the nicest guys I've met. It was hilarious to me because he shops at the same shoe store that Christopher Sabat does!!

You guys are awesome, and while I still hope DBZA returns one day to finish off Buu Saga- you guys still have my support and laughter. I love hearing the ideas/jokes for Buu and Bojack, which is unironically one of my fave DB movies.

realize im about a few months late, but it really does sadden me that things have ended up the way they did. im glad you all are still persevering and still respect each other as much as you all do. Ever since Brian split, the mass fan exodus once DBZA ended for good, and the pandemic hit it's just bummed me tf out how much shit has changed. I still look forward to everything you guys make- well, most everything, but i really do miss the days of you guys just being lads as kinda childish as that is to say. I hope everything you guys strive to do gets off the ground, and reaches heights you couldn't imagine. You guys made something that is as dear to me as actual dragon ball is, mainly due to the fact i discovered it right as i was in middle school. I remember waiting for everything to come out super vividly, and i won't ever forget how much DBZA really changed everything. It saddens me to hear there was/is some division within TFS. Been watching for years & I try to watch everything and support everyone's individual twitch streams. I love watching all you guys & while I'm glad you all are willing to give each other space & be creatively fulfilled. It just saddens me when I think of some of my favorite TFS content (Nuzlockes, the old throwback Thursday & casual Friday streams, Unabridged & the more frequent Let's plays especially the Kirran, Grant, Lani combo) is on the back burner. Would be cool to get a few old times sake throwbacks every so often. Having said that I'll always support you all. You all are fantastic & I look forward to everything coming down the pipe.

So THAT's what Quinn looks like. I've been wondering for quite a while now. I suppose the drawn rendition from the Among Us streams is pretty accurate. His hair's darker than I expected, though. And I echo the sentiment of so many more people in that your dub for DBZ has replaced the Funimation dub as the best/canon version. Your reasons for stopping production on it are completely valid, as is the heartbreak shared by you and the fans over it. But, I'm an incurable optimist, and I hope one day, we eventually get the rest of DBZA. The CGI shorts in the meantime, are a fantastic substitute. Also, I really hope you get back into Among Us. Seriously miss those streams. And there's been even more updates since you've slowed down and stopped playing it. They're the best non-DBZA thing you guys do (in my opinion).

I like that Nick's favoured let's play was Fallout because that was definitely mine. It was SO good. So funny, and it was the thing I looked forward to the most when it was going. I also revisit it a lot because it's my comfort series.

Honestly, you guys could make Bojack work. I always thought it a problem of his character, if I were writing that project, I would write out Bojack's pirate shtick. He was trapped in that planet forever let's say he pulls a Nappa and experiences society, now he's similar to the film's continuity, deep voice, cocky, normal accent. Because the pirate thing was very much a product of its time.

As much as it saddens me to know there won't be any more TFS nuzlockes in the future, I can understand and respect why. Throughout the progression of their series, especially during the Platinum Nuzlocke, I could tell the dynamics were off. Lani always sorta felt like the third wheel and I get that the energies didnt mesh well. Hopefully we'll get a gen 5 Nuzlocke with Kirran and Grant but if we dont, I'm happy with what we got.

According to the fan made Team Four Star Wiki, Krillin was only ever absent in the main show during Episodes 5 and 49. He is the second most prominent character in the series except for Gohan, who only didn't appear in Episode 39.
