I have heard that many of Norwegian heritage celebrate our hollidays. Love that! I have family in the US, but I don't know of they celebrate. I think that last one that had lived in Norway now is gone and I guess the ones that are borned in the US not feel that connected to Norway. Some of them has visited and some of us have visited them and we keep a little connected of Facebook. They are the family of my fathers cusine so not very close to me. Have a wonderful week. Up at 4:30 this morning, really enjoyed starting my day with you! Seeing how beautiful your country is and taking us along to Prague, with you and your daughter. What a wonderful time you had together. Your outdoor area , is so pretty. I've always wanted a pond, on a much smaller scale, but my husband always said they are lot of work. Think , I'll just stick to my fountains. Enjoyed seeing your , yacht 😅(boat) and taking us along with you and your husband. We sold out canoes this year, at 70 , I can't lift them as easily as we did when we were raising a family. Take care and will watch for your next video, time gets away from all of us, life is busy and that is good.

Hi again Nina…I don’t think you have mentioned before about your hubby living in Australia. Whereabouts did he live? We live in Western Australia in the South West and in seven years have only seen snakes on the road or dead…thank goodness for that..I’m not keen on them myself much…and if you ever want to come visit in the Summer, or anytime really, you are more than welcome to stay with us…🥰🇦🇺
@@lindabullock742 He spent most of his time between Mariba and Dimbuhla, about 1 hour west of Cairns. He worked as a cowboy and guide at a place called Springmount Station. That is so kind of you to say. We would never impose on you like that, but my husband says that that is how Australian hopitality is. Love it!
Ahh…Queensland. Beautiful part of the country. We visited Cairns while on holiday quite a few years ago now when my older brother lived in Southport. We are on the opposite side but similar in countryside to Queensland…and your husband is correct about hospitality and you would not be imposing. Oh my goodness... wish I was at that breakfast table!!!! I love smoked salmon with cream cheese and chives on anything!!! And I use prosciutto with the cream cheese too. Cheese and crackers and scones!!!! Love the parade and national costumes and spirit in the town. Scince I will never get to Norway, I thank you for taking me out on the water, with the views of the skies, water and towns. Just gorgeous!!!!! Have a happy day Nina.

I'm sure your family enjoyed it very much. We moved from the mountain top to the lake last October so we are saving for a boat. It won't be a Yacht like yours. Probably just a Pontoon, but we are so looking forward to spending time on the lake. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

I laughed when you told us about your husband's baking experiments. I think it's a man thing of not wanting to follow instructions of any kind. 😅. They did look yummy. Sourdough seems to be the " thing " recently but I don't like it ( over rated ) haha . I thought the views from the boat were lovely,such a beautiful country ..Here where I live the BBC radio 1 " Big Weekend " concert took part in my city , Im past that stage in my life ,it was very loud and looked fun.
