Almost None of my content is sprinting specific , speed is based of physics there is no such thing as speed drills only for track or “track speed” speed is only speed!
The 100 sprint as hard and as fast as you can every step try to break the ground The 200 think of the curve like a slingshot go all out the first 30 meters then float keep it at about 90% and use the curve to give yourself momentum into the straight away and go all out the last 100
Yea but it’s a pretty bad mentality, are you getting shot in 30 days? No the world keeps spinning. Think about what’s possible in 4-5 years vs 1-5 months
