*Excerpt*: Essentially an all-electric equivalent to the Audi #Q5, the upcoming Q6 e-tron is set to be launched shortly after its belated platform brother, the Porsche Macan EV. The latter is set to appear at the end of 2023. Like the #Porsche, the compact electric #SUV from Audi is based on the so-called PPE (Premium Platform Electric) architecture, which is highly modular in concept and can be used on anything from long sedans or station wagons to SUVs. Despite being similar in size to the Q5, the Q6 e-tron is expected to offer much more interior space, albeit it is unclear if it will also provide a frunk.
