"The password to get into the tomb is... are you ready for it? ... Gullible!" 🙄 "Okay, there was no password! I was standing in front of the wall switch! What are you gonna do? Sue me?" This pissed me off so much as a kid. I was like, "Are you kidding me, dude?!" I love it when Moneybags "tricks" you into paying him. 😂
1:01 "Well, don't worry, Spyro. Sheila won't stay in jail forever. The Sorceress is thinking about having her executed next Thursday." That got dark fast. 🤣
I loved how in Spyro 2 it was usually a simple “Yes” or “No” and then in 3 it showed the responses you’d actually give him in real life! I love it 🤣 Always made me and my siblings laugh while playing.
@@romariodesrosier1450 12:18 "You don't want to free him? Ah, what's the matter, little dragon? Are you just jealous that no one has ever made an action figure out of you?"
2:04 Moneybags: However, I suppose I might look the other way if I was distracted by counting gems... Me: I'm on to all of your tricks to get money! Who are you, Mr. Krabs?!
@ethanspears7165 if you select no what no what else will you spend your 💎 gems on flying lessons but if you select yes ooh yes precious precious 💎 gems well spyro you may now use the bellows any time you wish best of luck on your egg 🥚 quest
Toys For Bob did a huge disservice to the fans if Neil Ross and Gregg Berger weren't approached to reprise Moneybags and Hunter respectively. Neil's voice and delivery here is what made 3 as great as it is.
Neil Ross voiced both Moneybags and Vulturo from Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law. Put two and two together, and any appearance for a photo and autograph from him would play out like this: “I’d be happy to take a picture with you and give an autograph, in exchange for ahem a small fee *intelligible noise*?”
6:33 "I can’t let you through. You’re too poor to pass this door. Come back with more cash!" 6:43 “This door is jammed shut. Only the power of gems Can hope to move it.” 6:53 "Dad gummit, dragon! Just cough up those stinking gems And I can go home!" 7:25 "Stop talking to me! I hate speaking in haiku. Just go find some gems!" These are my most favorite lines of Moneybags dialogue in all of the Spyro games: his haiku poetry! Plus, Moneybags also reminds me of Mr. Krabs when it comes to asking for money! 💰 🤑
it means he died, he passed away, he kicked the bucket, he's gone to meet his maker, he flew off the mortal coil, HE IS AN EX PENGUIN!, basically he is the victim of a montey python skit
"Where are you getting all this money Spyro? It's not just lying around on the ground is it......eh.....is it? Ah what do I care? It's mine now." And of course the most quotable one I say the most "Get away from me dragon you have no money."
Moneybags is coward. Ok for Spyro 3 , but in Ripto's rage Spyro volunteer to save his place (i suppose he was a native in Avalar) and put aside his need for vacation and while everyone support for free Spyro in Avalar and make his journey smoother , Moneybags took charge of this and force him to pay him in every way
5:25 Moneybags: Unfortunately, however, the upkeep on my Zamboni is costing a fortune! Me: Do you really own an ice rink, or is this just another excuse into getting me to pay you?!
heya, i noticed you did Spyro 2's Reignited Trilogy dialogue for Moneybags, but would you be doing Spyro 3's Reignited Trilogy dialogue for Moneybags too?
I am planning to do those too, yes. However the recordings came with alot of difficulties that really demotivated me back then, so it coukd still take a while till i make those videos, sorry...
oh, okay. i'm looking forward to it nonetheless! Spyro 3 has so much genius design and Moneybags (particularly in Spyro 3) is my favorite video game character ever. thanks ^^
@chris robson i have no idea. Im not really keeping up on news for reignited. If anything, i only really care about how the german dub of reignited will turn out
This was the Playstation 1. Way back in those days, these graphics were considered cutting edge. Sure, the graphics may not hold up as well today. But, as someone who grew up on these old-school games, I find that good gameplay is more important than graphical power.
@@marsandcobblesproductions3501 Personally, I enjoy a good story. But, it's true that not all games NEED a story. I'm particularly fond of games that let you draw your own conclusions based on little hints or clues. There's no "Right Answer" or "Wrong Answer". There's only "Your Answer".
