I've thought about that, and it's obvious- you know how the dragons in Gnasty's World are all dragons you've rescued before? They already tried to, they just got frozen again.
I'd like to thank the author, lapogne36, for spending the time to make such an entertaining TAS of one of my favourite childhood games. :) 5/5 for the TAS, great stuff. Nice encode, too - Somewhat low resolution but perfectly fine nonetheless.

He was not. YOu need: 10 Dragons for World 2 2000 or 3000 Thousand Gems for world 3 5 Dragons Eggs for World 4 50 Dragons for World 5 6000 Gems for World 6 So he had exactly what he needed.
On 24:39 there is an unsaved dragon near the portal, when gamer entering to the "Crystal flight". When gamer has finished this stage and go out from the portal, there is no dragon, he is already saved. What?? When it happend?? Why we can't see it on video? Resume: Bad TAS, author. It is fail. It is an edited video and no more....
If you enter the Crystal Flight portal from the opposite side, you can glide through and touch the dragon while the camera adjusts itself, just before the next level begins loading. This means when you return to the Magic Crafters home world afterwards, the dragon is already considered released, thus skipping the cutscene entirely. It's a glitch, not an edit.
