Nice. And SAFE! I will sometimes glue up the arch and find I can cut segments using the mold or jig I used to do the glue-up as the jig. When making the mold I try to use a piece of material wide enough to give me a square edge opposite the arch, that way I can simply use the mold against the fence with the work clamped where needed along the curve at whatever angle is needed. The slider makes all of these kinds of cuts a breeze. Whenever I think I might cash-out of the business I never consider selling the S35!
