Fabulous craftsmanship. Your workshop is amazing. I particularly liked your table saw and the extra wide workbench, which allows space for a tool well, but best of all is creative use of a section of iron rail :-)

Inside for the perfect oil finish Finish and tap. It takes a little time, but as a result, bond processing is easy~

디자인도 귀엽고 짜맞춤 방식이 너무너무 좋네요! 나무가 좋은데 너무 무겁다보니 책장 뒷면은 합판같은걸로 대체하는데 그걸 빼버리고 금속으로 고정만 해 놓은게 넘나 깔끔하고 예뻐요!!! 원목을 아끼고 존중하며 본연의 매력을 최대한 부각할 수 있도록 본드나 테이핑, 화학 칠을 하지 않고 자연의 모습 그대로 있을 수 있게 만든다면 감동일 것 같아요~ 짜맞춤은 뻑뻑하게 들어가야 하지만 암수가 느슨할까 걱정이 되면 삼단 짜맞춤으로 해결 가능할 것 같은데 ㅠㅠ 너무 훌륭한 아이라서 아까븐 마음에 못참고 댓글 달아봅니다 ^^

조립전 오일마감한 부재의 접합부위에 마스킹 테이프를 붙이고 조립을 해도 본드가 조금이라도 묻지 않는지 궁금합니다.

조금은 묻지요~자나 칼로 쉽게 제거할수 있는 수준이고 굳어도 긁어내기 편합니다. 안하고 작업했을경우 코너 샌딩이 어렵고 완벽한 마감이 힘들어서 마스킹 작업을 많이하는편입니다. 저는 본드 제거를 위해 물티슈를 사용하는데 마감면 위에 물티슈를 사용하면 자국이 남고 조금 거칠어져 마스킹 테이프로 표면을 보호합니다 물론 본드가 표면에 묻는것도 방지하구요~ 번거롭지만 구조가 복잡한 경우,그리고 비교적 완벽한? 마감을 하고 싶을경우 이런 방법을 사용합니다.

The marking gauge is made in Japan. The official name is Matsui Scriber Gauge.

Curious as to why you don't dowel or biscuit the side pieces together before you glue. Whom is the manufacturer of your saw?

Bond is good these days, so if the straightness of the plate comes out well, I don't use biscuits. In fact, I'm also curious why you use biscuits ^^; The key is the perfect straightness and smoothness of the plate and the plate. It is a circular saw machine. The model name is TOKIWA SB400. @@squarerulefurniture yeah. No luck here. Unfortunately I live in Europe and they don't ship it out. I like that it's got as a safety feature the automatic brake for the blade.
