I just started at a squash club (with multiple people in the coaching sessions) but scared of covid, was thinking of quitting, this has changed my mind
@@psagaynorcupcincinnati2986 that's why she looks at ease doing these exercises. I am an amateur, and I discovered that these exercises are a lot harder than it looks. =)
I like the post it note for service practice but you should have used a different camera angle for the illustration. Anyway, thanks. I have found ( using a bouncy ball, because I ain't strong enough ) that a really good routine is to backwall boast ( straight if possible ), chase to the front and drive high so it come off the back wall when you now do the next backwall boast...... about 5 consecutive on each side is my usual limit.... you youngsters will do a lot more. ;-)
