Now that the rest of the episode is out. Everyone should have rolled for ASHLEY aka 278. She made Trey aka 301 jump 3 times!!!! And suddenly Mai is the bad guy like WTF are these people one??!?!?!!? They all should have rolled until 278 is out!!!!
Word! She deadass never took her 50/50 guess on the bridge AT ALL. How dis the rest of the players let that shyt slide other than Mai? Mai came for her the minute she could to try to eliminate her for doing Tre dirty like that.
The thing is mai also went against a group decision for her own benefit (the girls alliance) and unless they edited it out, it didn't seem like they judged her too harshly for it and they moved on. So ofc when she decides to go after Ashley for being selfish some people are gonna look at her sideways.
I think Mai should have voiced her concern and ideas, she definitely went about it the wrong way. I do think Ashley was a POS who deserved to get eliminated
I got sooooo pissed that they eliminated Rick!! He went out and still being so humble and a good person over all even outside the game. I have so much respect for him
As a viewer, I feel like we were robbed of a marbles game between Rick and Stephen. I wonder what they would have done if they found themselves in that position.
Mai isn’t the bad guy she vote Ashley I would do that too she Ashley wasnt jumping she only jumped once and let people by and now people don’t trust Mai I’m just being honest don’t mess with Mai.
Thank you!! I couldn't understand why they were acting like that towards Mai... Ashley wasn't a team player but then acted all hateful because someone nominated her and told her why.
Doc is the most genuine person. Not just on tv but in real life ♥️ I have worked side by side with him and he cares so much for every person he encounters.
Yeah I got good vibes from Doc. He wasn't egotistical like people made him seemed. If anything he comes across as a people person who is a go-getter and not afraid to use his voice.
I loved the show, but only had one major frustration... Too much chance/luck and arbitrary decisions that removed players' ability to actually PLAY the game.
I felt Stephen and his relationship was genuine from the start. And it is a testament to Stephens character to befriend and elderly person during a highly competitive show when other people view him as a liability cough(432 arrogant/selfish) I was PISSED when you both got eliminated. It shows how kind and real Stephen is and Rick is an awesome person
Ngl I think if Felicia didn’t vote you and Ricky out I have a feeling that you and Ricky would’ve gone against each other in marbles, because based on how much you two were bonding there would most likely be a chance you two would have the picnic basket together. P.s Gganbu gang still lives on❤️
I also thought Rick-232 was a mole, like the old guy in the TV series. His Birthday seemed like a convenient opportunity to endear everyone towards him, and then being selected to play Ddakji in the kitchen and immediately knowing how to play it was very sus. When he was chosen for elimination by another player, I genuinely thought we would see him again at some point. I have read a lot of stories about the red light/green light game, and the consensus of opinion is that it was an unfair, chaotic shambles, in which many contestants had been pre-selected for elimination or success.
Yes you're right, someone was bound to have a Birthday during filming, which is why it would have been the perfect cover for a mole who wanted to gain some popularity. In hindsight, I was looking for something that wasn't there. 🤷🏻♂
Tbh folks are angry at Felicia but i can predict how it would have gone if she didn’t vote out Steve and Rick hundred percent the two of you would have chosen to have that picnic together and ended up doing marbles and Rick would have let Steve win so atleast Rick wouldn’t have lasted much longer shame it had to go down the way it did though.
All you people defending Mai are insane and the perfect person for her to stab in the back😂 she secretly plots on all of her allies and talks crap about them behind their back and TJ saved her ahh 2 times in a row💀
INCREDIBLE episode guys 👏🏼 Along with much of the world, Rick and Stephen were my 2 favorite players, by a LONG shot. Their personalities, sense of humor and relationship dynamic was so sweet to watch and heart warming. Rick is one in a billion for sure and THE easiest person to fall in love with because he’s funny, he’s adorable, he’s sweet, genuine, smart, interesting and GOOD! Rick is pure goodness and how much better would the world be if we had more Rick’s and Stephen’s…seriously! Much love from NC✌🏼💚
I think Rick would have gotten at least to glass bridge if Phalisia didn't vote him out. He was a really strong social and strategic player. Just like Mai, who ended up winning the whole thing. Can't underestimate the older players.
Thank you for talking about the chocolate bar! I wanted to know what y’all did with it. I was expecting Rick to flash it as he left the dorm with a “Look what you missed out on, bitches!”
Watching it now! Edit .. 2 minutes later... Oh no! 😢 Can't believe this feels more tense than watching the original squid game, even though nobody got killed! It's like seeing my friend in the squid game! (I only started watching because I caught Stephen in the promo)
I really liked the show and I liked Stephen and Rick’s friendship but it was a game for money. The lady who eliminated them was playing the game and you could tell there was no major malice there and for her to be getting hate is absolutely ridiculous. Yes Rick is a sweet man but the likelihood of him winning was slim. This was not a show about best friends, it was squid games, for money. People need to get a grip, to harass someone over this is why I’ve lost faith in people.
Lowkey, I was super pissed when people were pressuring and hating on Spencer. That dude almost threw up thinking about people not liking him and the stress of that situation, more than not wanting to go home. That dude is genuinely a good person while everyone thinking about the money. Felt bad for him in the show
Realisticly I don’t think Rick would have made it past marbles eitherway you no full well him and Steve would have had a picnic and Rick literally said multiple times during this he wouldn’t allow himself to be the reason Steve is eliminated so would have fully let Steve win marbles
I followed Stephen and his wife on RU-vid for a while. One of my favorite RU-vid couples. I had no idea this show was going to happen and just decided to give it a watch. I was shocked to see Stephen! I don’t know why, but I felt like he was my family member in there. I felt like I knew him already and was rooting for him all the way. Was pissed when he got eliminated like that. Smh.
Not gonna lie I thought Rick was as a mole to! It’s not that he seemed fake at all, it was just how certain things went down. I think Netflix played it like that on purpose! Was hoping you would win Stephen you were my pick from the start!
Come on now she had to choose someone and I’ll be real honest with you Rick was gonna be eliminated in marbles anyway let’s be honest Rick and Steve full would have shared the picnic and had to go against eachother and it’s obvious Rick would let Steve win. But eitherway felica ain’t a horrible person just cos she eliminated them she had to do someone and she picked probably the best options the guy that won advantage and two ppl from the strongest group if it wasn’t Rick and steve it would have been some of the others in the group
@@augusts1 then why are you on a video where they are discussing all the episodes then going into the chat where ppl will discuss the episodes this is literally in you buddy
@@the_kcboys Just waiting for the last 2 episodes. You making and forecasts for who will take this money. You have a one in three chance to get right. Ha ha. It can go any direction.... Lol.
Now it makes perfect sense why players were laying down on the ground after every round of red light green light! I thought they were losing time having to get back up and run again. But it’s actually a smart strategy if you have to freeze for 30-45min!
Fr! Shit I would've laid my ass down too if I had to freeze for long intervals. Fck that lol anything other than laying down would've gotten my ink bag popped 😅
War Ships with Doc was the best!!! He was my fave player. When he won that candy bar and murmuring with no eye contact to Steven what it was 🤣🤣 omg the best
I discovered your real names. The Blond is Dudley. Big Guy, pictured here on the left, is Billy. Second from the right, the clearly straight but adorably versatile Chet. On the far right, farthest from Dudley's Underscore; Cezanne, who(m) always wanted to be a Suzanne or other Suzie, clearly.
I wasn't going to watch this Netflix show until I saw another Podcaster interview another player, and wanted to know more what they were talking about. That is when I first saw Stephen and Rick. I also had a theory that Rick was a mole. More, like that would be a neat twist that would follow the original shows storyline. But so glad through this series it showed it was not true, but Rick and Stephen just had this awesome pure friendship. Upset they gone done so dirty. But it is what it is. Best wishes for them both in the future.
I LOVED KC & RICK almost cried when the game you guys played diidnt get you eliiminated but its so sad what happened afte r:( You guys were everyone's favourite
was it true about the hypothermia and people not getting medical attention because I think it is just people that got eliminated that were mad because they lost
