The top of the range padlock featured in this video is clearly an upgrade to the SS100CS, the billet is not rounded, has a much more square profile. And it appears from the CAD animations that the body has carbide inserts and there is something in the shackle perhaps. This is a work of brutalist art ❤❤ The SS80CS stood alone only to be surpassed by the 100 and now this one!! What is it going to be called? I am sold! Need one ❤
Even thought, the shackle it's too thin compared to the size of the body and it's not buried deep enough, a grinder could easily reach both sides of it if it's locked to that hasp or a chain. (but they didn't try to cut the shackle on this video, they tried to cut the shrugs). I could've designed a much more secure padlock and hasp&staple mechanism half the weight of that.
