Hi I just unpack and fully charged the battery and run the pairing process. But the rear derailleur wont move if i push the shifter buttons. Iam missing something here. when i press the axs button the green light turn on. Meanwhile when i press the shifters button i got no green light. I download the app and add the component. I can see the green battery logo on the app but on each shifter only gray battery logo with question mark on it. Please help.

hi rear derailleur went mad and wont stop blinking after i tried to an update . took batteries off put back on still only blinks can you please help

In the event of a interrupted or failed firmware update, the AXS device will enter a recovery mode where the led will flash repeatedly. To recover an AXS device enter the part in the mobile app (Rear derailleur) and allow the update to start and finish. In the event of a ‘hanged’firmware update the component simply stays ‘hanged’ and the derailleur system is totally unusable until the update can be completed.
