Solid Rock Christian Academy held a culture day on Nov. 16, 2022. This was a day where students were invited to dress in their traditional culture dress. The older grades prepared presentations about the different cultures of Belize, and they rest of the students went around and learned.
I had a BLAST!
Students started teaching me how to play Garifuna drums and dance Punta. These are moments I cherish because its relationship building with them.
