An excursion train ride like that in the USA can cost $75 to $100 per ticket in the USA ( approximate cost for riding the Cass Railroad in Pocahontas County West Virgina) They won't stop for picture taking either in the USA. $16 for a rail trip like that is a bargain in USA dollars which are as of now are about $1 =1€. Fantastic absolutely fantastic views. You would be stupid to pass such a trip up after paying to fly to Sri Lanki ( sorry if I spelled it wrong)

As a kid on my school vacation we used to go to grandma's house in Ella via train, in the 90s there was more vegetation and cold environment, I know camera cannot do justice to show how much beauty the views are Great video enjoyed it 👍

Nice journey, nice capture. Try World's End Hike in Horton Plains (can reach to Horton plains from Pattipola or Ohiya Train Station, it's about 2 hour train journey from Ella) . And NuwaraEliya Town (Little England). Good Luck guys

Great video as always, I strongly suggest you to visit Nuwara Eliya (of course if you have time). If you visit there go to Gregory Lake, Go to high tea at Grand Hotel, Pedro tea factory and if you like to go for a trek visit Horton Plains National Park and see the world’s end. Srilanka's highlands our a world heritage site St. Clars water fall use to have more water about 15 years back but when the upper Kotmale Dam was built the water flow was reduced

Hey dear you must visit Nuwara Eliya in sri lanka.There are many water falls,rivers and botnical gardens in the nuwara eliya.please visit ambewela milk factory,Haggala Botnical garden and Gregory lake in nuwara eliya because these places are incredible..

"Ravana water fall" RAWANA is a emperor lived 4000-5000 years ago. Still you can find some evidence of his castles,cities and his aircraft runaways all over this country which is not a myth. Some peoples try to hide abaout Emperor RAVANA history but they couldn't truth always comes out like a ball under the water we believe most of the sri lankans believe in emperor RAVANA some of them believe as a god and some of them including me believe he is still alive i cant explain all things coz my english is not that much polished

I was willing you guys to get into the right carriage to fully appreciate the journey & it looks like you did. I hope it came up to your expectations. I am guessing that the large portions of kottu, noodles, rice etc that you enjoyed prior, all helped to fool the inspector that you were actually two pregnant women.

cool video same as earlier ones ♥ are you guys still in ella, If you are in ella, if it is not raining, ella rock hike is must do hike, highly recommend, the view is amazing there, it takes about 3 hours of hike, quite difficult but not much, if you go for it, be aware of leach attacks, and up and down train timing which are passing through kithal ella railway station. ask directions from locals, and also carry enough water because no water source up there, but at top of the mountain there are some juice shops as i remember, have fun guys ♥

Always 2nd class reserved seating when travelling by train or no guarantee of seats. 1st class is AC. That's the only difference and you want be able to look out the window on 1st class. No reserved seating on 3rd class.

Try to visit nuwara-eliya to You can visit here Worl end (you can see the beautiful views around nature) maybe this the place you will love because it's that much beautiful so don't miss it 2.
