Ben, I don't entirely agree with mentioning the vendor. I hope it doesn't scare off other vendors for you. However, this video is one of the best I've seen in a while. Applying the situation to the hero’s journey was genius. If that gentleman had seen any of the RU-vidrs when they started, he would have told them to give up. This could be your new niche on RU-vid: the mental side of the game and, in a way, life. As someone who has made their career in online education, I might have mentioned, "I would hope this one gentleman’s views do not reflect the views of the company.” This will give the company a chance to make it right.

Most important thing I’ve learned along my journey is… “everyone is wrong about everything”… It’s not as simple as it sounds, there are layers to it’s understanding but it’s always where I’ve started when I have had to figure out a difficult problem.
