@@comradepopov9123 if you look for a ss13 / cm13 medical tutorial, rcm14 is shooting to be similar if not identical to them, until an official tutorial is released that might be your best bet

​@@generalb7946Join as a nurse and stick to the CMO. They literally have nothing else to do, besides coordinate the medical team. However, if you'd rather have me explain it, here's the basics: There are four types of damage. Brute, Burn, Toxic, and Oxygen. Sustaining enemy attacks will cause injuries and damage of a certain type. You need to treat the injuries using kits, tropicals or surgical line, and then you can top off the rest of the damage using Bicaridine, Kelotane, Dylovene and Dexalin/Inaprovaline. Check the guidebook for details on the medicine. And there you are, now you can be a nurse! If you want to be a doctor, it would also be good learning how Epinephrine and Dex+ work, how to refill bottles/auto injectors, and how to perform larva extraction surgery, as well as how to give people blood, but that is far more easily explained in game than outside.

Defib at like -30% healthy
