I had a Warden shift last night where all this paper work was faxed into my office. Arrest warrants, search warrents, armory requests. HoS was like goodluck with all of that. My reply was "I am not the one that needs the luck, all this stuff requires your and the HoP's signatures."

i love absurd mrp hop paperwork, one time on delta v a new player coworker lost their id, so i had to help them fill out a request form request form, in order to obtain an id replacement request form, only for the id replacement request form to ultimately be denied because the hop didn’t realize they didn’t have med access (?!?!?!?), at which point we gave up because it was time for the shuttle to get here anyway the funniest part was the player that lost their id going “i’m so sorry. i’m so sorry for putting you through this” the entire time

I was the QM asking for tech disks at 8:37 ! Nukies hit cargo pretty much immediately after that, but we were 90% done distributing our current stash of weapons
Last time I was a nukie, we had just raided medical, and I was in a juggernaut suit, and I had injected myself with like 130u of trico, so when we raided cargo, despite all the weaponry and people you had, by the end of it, I was unharmed
Man I wish you could hide the formatting of paperwork when filling them out. Cause they look real nice, but when you put pen to it, it turns into a mess, and you have to spend like 5 minutes just to fill in like 6 lines.
Simply put: Keep it short and sweet. Make it pretty, make it look and read like an official document, but it doesn't need to be wordy. And keep the fill-in parts to the essentials. That way it won't be as much of a painful experience.

I had this exact shift yesterday. First anom was a pyroclastic in chef's freezer. We were using the chef's dead corpse to keep the door open until someone from med dragged it off before we could stabilize it. It went crit and flooded the bar with plasmafire. We got to watch from the other side of a tiny fan though, which was fun. Second anom was rock in cargo maints. No salavagers and cargo didnt know how to work their lathes for picks. Me and another researcher got entombed trying to fight to it and by the time we finally got rescued we had to be borged as we were bloated. I RP'd my borg as "i have failed in life. This is my punishment in death. Eternal servitude" 10/10 shift would science again

bro, try the white dream server. this is the most popular server in Russia for ss14. they have a lot of servers, but the main ones are Grid and Amour. Amour is an ERP server, and Grid is completely standard. I advise you to try these servers, because there are a lot of changes on them ahead of the development of ss14.
