SSF2 - Mario & Luigi vs. Dark Meta Knight (Turbo Mode) 

Effects are from Meta Knight glitching the world around them.
At the start where they started over means that Meta Knight started them over.
Where Luigi is not with Mario, that means, Meta Knight removed him from Mario with sent him to Kirby just to fight Mario alone.
Almost at the end, Bowser glitches in sending back Luigi when they were take them down at once.
