The transmission in the VF SV6's is weaker and a baby version of what's in the V8 models (GM 6L45-E vs GM 6L80-E), but it can apparently hold over 500kw at the wheels in BMW models, so it can handle the power fine. The LFX V6 motor is slept on, makes just as much power as a NA Barra 190 with a supercharger/turbo before you need to do engine work, but you don't have to deal with a Falcon's interior, lol.

What brand of supercharger did you use? Is the VE and VF SV6 have to same motor?

series 2 ve has the same motor (lfx) however series 1 ve does not, its a vortech v3 side mount intercooled kit can buy it from capa performance in SA

the kit comes from capa performance and all the work tuning install maintenance etc was carried out at revhigh tuning solutions in hallam melbourne

Hey man I like the work you are doing but it seems to have a turbocharger. It’s not a supercharger as it always sits on top of the engine bay in V configuration.

Not quite. This is a Centrifugal supercharger, basically it's got the front housing of a turbocharger with a belt-driven gearbox driving the turbine instead of the exhaust gases. The SCs you see on top of engines are just a different type of SC, either a twin-screw or a roots supercharger.

*I honestly think you two blokes are adding so much Mayo on this thing."It has so much power" and has "so much bottom end torque" yet it still doesn't break traction in 1st or 2nd gear. Also you guys trying to justify buying an SV6 and putting this blower on it over a 6.O and 6.2 V8. Even with a Supercharger it still sounds like a trumpet wet fart. Seriously what a waste of time and money.💯*

you're forgetting one crucial factor here, not everyone wants to be associated with a group of people that says the same one liner 50 times a day to everyone they meet related or unrelated, let people do whatever the fuck it is they want to do if you dont like v6's don't buy a v6, seems like a simple solution to me.
