ST. LOUIS CELEBRATION - City Goes Nuts After Blues Beat Bruins to win first Stanley Cup

CALLING GLORIAAAAAA
The city of St. Louis lit up Wednesday night after a historic Game 7 victory against the Boston Bruins to clench the Blues' first Stanley Cup in franchise history. Ending a 5-decade-plus drought in pursuit of the highest NHL honor, the St. Louis Blues have brought pride and energy to their city, and the reaction Wednesday night most certainly showed that. Fans took to the streets immediately after the victory to cheer, drink, and party all night long. I made my way into the mix to show some of the amazing atmosphere downtown on this unforgettable night.

That was the best night ever to be a St Louisian. For a few hours everybody was best friends and celebrating. No violence to worry about. Nothing. Just pure joy. It was amazing to be a part of

This is what St. Louis is all about! All good people doing some great celebrating! Use to live in St. Louis. Now live in Charlotte North Carolina. Would of killed to have been there. But I could feel the electricity in the air just by watching this video. St. Louis fans are the best and most loyal!

Hi. a rabid hockey fan from Canada. I watched most of the compilations of fan reactions when the Blues won the Cup and from the playoff games; It would be so cool is someone could post still images of joy in Blues fan's faces when they won the Cup or any other wins during the 2019 Cup run!!! I can safely say most of Canada was cheering for St. Louis!!!!!!!

seukfuhi Oh I know, was mentioning that in my newest video from the parade, forecast was initially rain in the afternoon and I thought that would be unfortunate for the parade. But it turned into a sunny day, shining down on the city of St Louis!

I LOVE this video! I grew up in STL, but currently live in Boston, so this series was wicked special to me, as it's what I hope to see every season. I wish I could have been in STL for Game 7! The camaraderie after the STL win is what I hope to see in the city, full stop. It's so awesome.

Great video, thanks for sharing!!! My favorite is at 08:52 when the "f*** you Boston" chant starts! As a Blues fan since childhood, this was so freaking awesome. My oldest BFF and I used to watch Brett Hull, Adam Oates and Co. in the old dumpy Arena back in the early 1990s when we were in high school. I drove 400 miles from Omaha down to the Lou for the victory parade and it was worth every minute. The atmosphere was crazy fun.

Washington played 42 seasons before winning their cup while the Blues played 50. Also Washington were pretty much favorites to win while pretty much nobody thought the Blues could win that year.
