The current manager for Forward Madison was very much into the English punk scene. He was in Newcastle's academy, then left to join a punk band. After that didn't work out he came to the US to get involved with our soccer scene and eventually created Minnesota United's whole identity
Im a big FC Augsburg fan, middle of the pack / fighting against relegation team in the Bundesliga most of the time. Our fan scene is also pretry unique, like most german teams, were we show the opponents fans the city before the game and drink with them if they like to. The prizes of tickets for lower level teams is really good. Like the most expensive ones for FC Augsburg is like 45€ and id its a Derby vs. like Bayern München it cost 2€ more.
13:45 no, red and black is connected with left wing, antifa uses black and red, and the anarchist flag is black and red. You are only thinking about nazi germany but other than that i dont know if there is a single fascism group that uses red and black symbols
Would love to see you react to derby days by copa90. Great series, it shows the culture of the cities based on football rivalries. Cheers from Portugal.
You guys are hilarious. Some of your jokes/insults to each other make me laugh just as hard as some of the videos you react to. Please react to more Louis CK. His comedy is genius and will not disappoint.
Hey guys how’s it going!! You guys probably already know about this since you guys are football fans, but there is this group of hardcore fans called ultra fans. Can you please react to “Ultra - our way of life” please? 🙌🔥
You could argue that reds the official colour for communists though? Imo it seems to be worn by any person/group/party that wants to seem bold, imposing and aggressive. What the f is wrong with me..
True punk was about freedom, being yourself, anti establishment not about associating with a political ideology (left wing) nor associating with a group like antifa. It didn't become that way until the 80s so it's funny when people shit on bands who aren't hardcore or political enough if that's the case then the Ramones aren't punk.. 🤦🏻♂️
Eh, the U.S. Women's National Team is incredible. They consistently make appearances in FIFA and World Cup (with WINS) and they are ranked worldwide. The U.S. men's team needs work though. The viewing figures for MLS are almost the level of ice hockey. It's one of the top 5 most popular sports in America (football, baseball, basketball, ice hockey, soccer).
If you are a soccer supporter there are supporters groups that get together in most cities. The team I support, Indy Eleven, is a second division soccer team in the usa and our supporters groups have tailgating and multiple bars around the city where you can meet up and watch the games together.
soccer is the 4th most popular sport in the US and 3rd most popular for Americans 54 and under. Its also the fastest growing sport. And the reason why is that it is an incredible sport.
If you people are so pumped up about soccer in America why don’t you go to the games? Women league has less than 8,000 at their games. Where do you get 4th largest? Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, and NASCAR have far larger crowds. Hell the rodeos here in Houston pull in 60,000+ per night for 20 straight days. PS I do watch Premier League. Got started because the games were in the morning before our games. Still hate the flopping.
@@gregdavidson3834 I do go to the games. Well, at least I did prior to the pandemic. No, the NHL and NBA don't average higher crowds than the MLS. MLS averages 21K per game...which is the 7th highest in the league for soccer. Considering that in terms of quality of play and talent, MLS is probably around the 12th-15th best league in the World, this is incredibly impressive. 4th largest comes from Gallop polls.
How dare st. pauli!!! Sooo un-american, sooo un-capitalistic, too, too pro union. too, too pro fan. Btw, colors make up the old German imperial flag, not just nazis. And imperialism is a problem in and of itself.
