For power moves what do you recommend me to learn to start cuz recently I have been willing to learn acrobatic and power move skills, but I don’t know where exactly to start? Would you recommend me trying to master beginner freezes (baby, handstand, chair, turtle, elbow, headstand, air chair, air baby, and shoulder), develop great flexibility and body weight strength from training and Calisthenics, and master the basic power moves like the one round of hand spin, cartwheel, a bridge, front roll, back roll, a power jump, a power spin, power entry, head spin, and backspin for 3 weeks or so? After that, would you recommend me move onto moves that seem to me as if they’re not so hard but are powerful (I don’t know for sure though) like freeze combos and other freeze variations, keep up with stretching and training, and move onto more power and acrobatic moves like b-twist, front handspring, back walkover, front walkover, kip-up, coin drop, swipes, windmill, practice some of the beginning for the flare, and the macaco? I know that everybody learns differently and achieves things at different levels, however I was wondering if you think that’s a clear well thought out plan? Thank you so much fro your support!
@@brennanlettucetomato welcome!! :) in the video I don’t talk about flips btw, but you can learn them once you first learn all the flips by using the hands first, cartwheels variations, round off, touchdown raiz and even some capoeira moves could help
