Journey played live at the Stadium Of Fire. They celebrated their 50th Anniversary this year.
I was given tickets to this event because a close family member has been going through something extremely difficult.
I want to dedicate this video to her. As she is in all our prayers. May God give her strength. For she is loved!

arnel’s voice sounds a lot better now. when i went to their concert in dc in march 1st, he sounded tired. thank god his voice is a lot better now

The sound system was really really good, you can hear more of Arnel’s voice clearly here. It’s not drowned by the instruments.

3 Sides of the stadium were absolutely packed in there and some on the field. I'd personally guess that more than 150k were outside on the streets.

As replied earlier, it was unfortunately earlier than when I started recording. When I first found out that my brother requested me to record in his absence, that's when I first started to record. If I could go back in time, I would have recorded the whole thing. ☹

Arnel at 56 year old imagine , dont expect anything Show must Go On this is the big event.. I think much better to arnel to relax his voice and avoiding rehearsals before the show.

He will never come back or he will bring shame to himself (better keep the etched memory alive of his prime performances) if he did came back either use backing track, lipsync or keep it real as sounding as beating a dead horse shamelessly and get disrespected as not all can be an understanding diehard fans. Comfortably retired in good health and still earning from Journey is enough than putting out yourself and unecessarily undo your legacy by showing a grandpa who wont let go of the past and broke needs the money.

I don't like Arnel's singing at this particular concert. To me this is proof that Journey doesn't correct or sweeten his singing with anything other than echo. We hear enough vocal ornaments and deviations in this performance to know he's singing live. The Real Music Observer is wrong in claiming otherwise with respect to Journey.

Arnel is good, not Steve, but good. My only issue I guess is I always liked Steve Perry's stage presense and Arnel just does nothing with this. His dark black hair and with his looks does not give a lot of choices on how to wear it. A buddy of mine told me to watch the video and said it reminded him of a Moe Cut. Just listened to the whole thing, hate to say it but Deen is better at singing these songs.

Few can fill the shoes of Steve Perry (including Steve Perry, who blew out his voice in the 90s), but Arnel fills them nicely. His original stuff is amazing...but there's only one GOAT, and that's Perry.

Arnel should get out of this band, its so full of drama, NS has turned this band into a disgrace, the fighting the greed, not wanting to give refunds to fans....dude can do so much better getting his own band and write new songs..... journey is a joke right now..thanks to NS and his wife.
