Such cute kits, a great idea 😀 My husband is quite the Solder expert and he thought you did very well 👍🏻 The result was lovely and it’s always very brave to try a new task or process especially on camera! Always enjoy your videos ❤🩵 xx
Stop putting yourself down. You made a beautiful piece. My new house has a zillion windows and I am thinking a different piece in the patio windows. How exciting. You did great.
Way to go! Well done on both the project and being brave enough to try something new!! Third kits are good to know about; good things to ask for as gifts.
I don't think this is a project I will try. ( Arthritis) But I really enjoyed watching. And it turned out beautifully. I always like to see different processes. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to see what's next🤗
Well, I wouldn't say it was easy, but it turned out not to be as hard as I had built it up to be in my mind and with some practice I'm sure it will get easier. Thanks so much for watching Julie.
Many years ago I took a stained glass class. We had to choose our pattern, glass, etc, then cut the glass. The instructors had their own business and were not really teachers. I was pretty discouraged as it was way above beginner level. We probably should have started with a kit like yours. I'm going to check my HL for a kit and give it another try. Thanks for showing us this project.
I'm sorry your first experience was not the greatest. I think the kit is a good way to start. It gave me the confidence to try it and now the whole process isn't as intimidating. You should definitely give it another try!
I live it! I think you done a amazing job considering you have never done stain glass. Sending love ❤️ and big bear 🐻 hugs from north Ga. Please say a prayer 🙏 for me as I started my journey with breast cancer 🎀. Thanks.
Anyone else watching this and thinking you can solder with lead came you cant! She kept calling the stick of solder lead came by mistake.....it was a length of solder rolled into a coil....lead came is a totally different thing
You brought out a good point for beginners using a soldering iron, to do a little practice first. That way you can adjust your iron temp control if needed for optimum solder melting before doing your good project. Your kit turned out very nice for being the first stained glass project you've ever tried.
That was so awesome that you tried that! Gave me more confidence to try! I love that you did a boxed project like this 👍❤ i hope to see more of this type tyfs
Chantel, This looks so good you can do anything. Thank you for going over this in detail. I have always wanted to do this but some of my medicine makes me shakey. I'm going to try it on a day when my hands are calm. You are the best. Have a blessed weekend.
This type of crafting has always been on my bucket list, I believe that I could do a kit first and in time move to the next level. Thank you for sharing ❤
this was so pretty!! you are very brave to try this, I wouldn't have but now that i watched you it seems fairly simple. You did a great job love it!! God bless
