Stalking: Red flags to look for and how to tell when someone is crossing the line

I am a victim of all of the above and coordinated stalking. Why is it so hard to get help with this system?

I had my former neighbor follow me 1000 miles away from TX to CO. Stalking me on and off for the span of a year. Had some crazy shit happen man. Take nothing for granted, trust no one, and constantly looking over my shoulder. The lady has literally become obsessed with this. I could write a book about this, and I just might. Probably seeking legal help soon.

••Targeted Individual (Ti) ~ A person who becomes a target for various forms of harassment. ••Harassment ~ Any repeated or continuing uninvited contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm, annoyance, or emotional distress. ••Stalking ~ Criminal activity consisting of the repeated following and/or harassing of another person. It is a distinctive form of activity composed of a series of actions that taken individually are not illegal. But, when these actions are coupled with an intent to instill stress, fear, or injury then they may constitute a pattern of behavior that is absolutely criminal. ••Gangstalking ~ Stalking that is organized and carried out by two or more people. An extreme form of harassment, gangstalking consists of psychological torment which can negatively affect or even destroy every aspect of a targeted individual's life. ••Gaslighting ~ A form of deception where information is altered or selectively omitted to favor the manipulator, with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception and sanity. Actions may range from denial that previous deception ever occurred, up to the staging of bizarre events by the abusers with the intention of disorienting the victims. This psychology term is derived from Patrick Hamilton's 1938 play Gaslight, about a woman whose husband slowly manipulates her into believing that she is going insane. ••Micro expression ~ The sudden flash on a person's face that reveals their true emotion, instead of the one they're using to cover with. ••Vilifying the victim ~ A psychological tactic that puts a victim on the defensive while simultaneously masking the intent of the manipulator. When malicious actions are directed towards a targeted individual (Ti), the manipulator falsely accuses the victim as being the abuser in response when they stand up for or defend themselves. ••Reciprocal liking retraction ~ A psychological bullying tactic used to emotionally torment a targeted individual. How this works is a person or group will initially act friendly towards a person, creating a bond. Then, when an undetermined amount of time has passed, the abusers will ignore, mock, and ridicule their target causing anything from annoyance or frustration to emotional trauma or suicide. ••Duping delight ~ The expression on a person's face showing the enjoyment felt from mocking or deceiving another person. ••Learned helplessness ~ A mental state of powerlessness that overwhelms a person who endures reoccurring stressful situations that are not responded to correctly, making you believe that you are unable to control or change things.

I'm happy to say that my stalkers have stopped showing up near me and I haven't seen them in a while. :)

No one does anything about stalking. It's just an opportunity for people like this lady to talk on TV. No one actually helps the person being stalked...if they did it wouldn't have been going on to me for so long.

Why are all the reports on stalking from the mainstream media about a single stalker and not about multiple stalkers harassing a person . Because this does also happen to people.

Being stalked has made me mostly frustrated because its unwanted attention from a bunch of gangs talking cowards.

I was stalked and harassed on a job by another female nurse several years ago......now I am currently having a problem with male neighbor..they have lived next door for about 5 yrs.....I feel that there is a listening device in my home.....I first noticed it when I take the garbage out in the morning , this next door neighbor would always come out at the same time at first I thought it was a coincidence and I blew it off...then it kept happening so to test it...I changed the times that I would take my garbage out....at daybreak.....7 am.....the night before...etc.....I even gathered my garbage bag to take it out of my front door at a different time...I unlocked my door or looked out my window and waited for a few seconds....and each and everytime the male neighbor would come out of his home,......I would close my front door.....this just happened again today, but I was already on my front porch too late to go back into my house....no matter how quite I was....he hears it......this is so unsettling......these are single family homes in this area...his/their driveway is approx 10 ft from my dinning room window and there is a fence...we do NOT talk.....so there is no reason that he should know when I am taking my garbage out......I handle all of my personal business.....Drs appts etc..on my phone, inside my home like everyone else.....he should not be privileged to my personal information.......I feel unsafe and trapped.....there are some really sick people in this world

I do not get it! I get stalked regularly, I have nothing. Geez. It's annoying as well as scary. You can't get away, they ring constantly, or text endless messages.

I am an existing target of organized gang stalking and harassment. I have reached out to law enforcement repeatedly but they refuse to help and protect me in it. A complete nightmare!!!!

it is psychological warfare part of a tactic aka "crazy making" this happens in controlled environments and the target is generally someone who is an independent thinker and someone who tends to speak the truth, always have cultish roots

Someone is stalking me on RU-vid and real life. Stalking is a crime.

I am a bartender so it's pretty common to have many people there. Even he knows of the place and has hung out there. But once he knew I started working there, he is always showing up. It used to be once a month "coming from other workers, the owner, and customers". But now he is there probably 10-15 times a month. I hate when I see him, but I can't stop him from coming in. It's business, and I can't bring my personal life into it.

Got 2 people living next door that steal mail, try messing with my car, and they're crystal meth users. I'm disgusted.

Once several years ago there was a strange guy at my work, and I lived about 30 minutes away from my place of employment. I would see this guy at places near my house two or three times and then it stopped, but when I would see him, he would always have a weird smile on his face. It gave me the creeps.

I go through all.of this craziness. I'm being GANG STALKED. it's crazy and I know my landlord is involved, it's been 5 years. 1) My bike was stolen 2) My car was vandalized 3) My ring doorbell was broken 4) I've been followed in traffic and in and out of stores. 5) I had a stalker crash into me and the next day he was behind me again in another vehicle. 6) I had another stalker that followed.me from the state I live in to another state just to sit on class with me. I've been through a lot of stalking crap and I'm not even done with listing 5he craziness!

I am currently dealing with this type of stalking. It is done by multiple random people. We have moved several times to get away from the stalking. Changed states , even left the country for a while. Didn’t make a difference , People around us were recruited to stalk us for whatever reason…. The smear campaign makes sense because why else would random people just start following you around? Most of these people look decent and reasonable. We have multiple cars follow us everywhere we go. I pray this crime is exposed. It is very dark and sinister, and this is a lot of money being spent to harass people that shouldn’t be in the first place.

This dude I'd not spoken to in months, cuz he creeped me out and I wanted to get away from him so I asked to stop being friends and moved on, decided to send me a fricken toy for my cats in the mail for christmas this year... I checked my socials (Discord, skype, steam, etc), and low and behold, he's been sending me messages this whole time on skype, the one place he wasn't blocked. I just hadn't noticed. I confronted him again today. Dude needs to chill out. Be careful who you decide to game with people, sometimes you needa find a different player 2.

I called law enforcement, law enforcement doesn't do anything to protect someone that is suffering from organized gang stalking in which a targeted individual can be subject to it for many years. And law enforcement refuses to help and do anything.

You can't go to the cops if it is a cop stalking you .

I have had all of the mentioned in this video clip. Calling the police never helped me, spreading awareness is what help of calling the International court to do something about it.

What if you use indirect communication (i.e written medium) to retaliate to a stalker's physical stalking (i.e showing up at places where you are, making rounds around your workspace, coming real close/brushing against you, staring rabidly at you)? I had to send 3 round of emails and 1 handwritten letter counter the person who was stalking me and reclaim dominance over him. This was done to send a clear message: you are not going to oppress/intimidate me with your antics because I can also pop into your life when you don't expect it and mess up with your limbic system/territory. The fifth/last message I sent was basically saying (although with polite words): "Talk to me in real life like a decent/sane person would or GTFO." I never got any answer beyond the initial "How are you doing lately?" email I sent. But the point was to build the (fake) interaction up fast (2 months time-frame) so that I could give myself closure ASAP and flush that sucker out of my field of vision/existence. It has been 2 years since then, yet it is only over the past 3 weeks that he has drastically cut out on the hovering: from every week down to...not at all. But then, it might be because he knows I am moving interstate in a couple of months or he has already found a new object. Ugh. I just can't wait to start my own business and not have to deal with workplace psychos/losers. >__

Someone I met ONE time, keeps calling me, texting me. I am getting very frustrated. She called for money. I thought she needed help so I helped her with gas money, which she admitted she lied about. But then she wanted money again. I started ignoring her, as I figured she was just being friends in order to get money. But, I keep getting calls. Unfortunately her sister I guess lives next door to me, and was telling me 'my sister just wants to talk to you". I was polite, but, I am thinking, I am not an ATM machine. But she keeps calling aggressively, as though I don't have the right to move on. It's wierd.

My stalking started 4 years ago most likely my old neighbor that's when I noticed her son's son- in-law and grandson on the roof of my apartment. And I saw them from the reflection of my neighbor's window. Then her kids friends family started going over her house and she never had them over so much until that day she got mad at me over a dresser she wanted for me to carry for her I couldn't cause I was sick but that's what started it. Then I moved to California and it followed me there with burning my head with some kind of micro wave like thing . Cause I had blisters inside my head. Then it went to putting something in the water when I took a shower cause it would burn my eyes so I started bringing water from outside and taking showers with a bucket. Also the girl upstairs would read my texts messages cause I could hear her. I have so many things to say but I want to talk to someone I can trust so if you know where I can go for help let me know thank you

The ex-husband did all these things probably even before I even "met him" he would turn up in early hours at my parents house,I was only 16,he was 21,he'd sit out side property etc,,he did all this for 20 years,and when I was divorcing him,he turn up where I worked he'd drive past,then question who I spoke to,once the house got sold and I moved he would constantly phone me ,I would say to him to talk to his girlfriend not me,he'd turn up to pick our son up at my home,he follow me round pubs and still have the cheek to question me about everything,hed follow me into shops and stand near me jangling his keys,after 14 years he still appears when I'm going into shops and if I get friendly with a man he appears,so I've literally been on my own for all this time ,he's threatened my son's friends because he had the insane idea I was sleeping with them17 yrs old so I know he would attack a man I was with,I've had my car keyed the dust caps removed gas meter cover broken he does all sorts of things, always around bdays,Xmas,any celebration times,I've had about 6 random things done in the past month,it's his bday v,soon so I've been waiting for things to happen,and sure as hell they are

Ive gone through this years and years in a few states . Police always tell me my matter is a civil matter . So i bought guns for self protection since my many years of harassment cant led to arrest by strong police support ..One private investigator in Texas tracked down fbi , cia , Citizens Corps groups to my harassment . Around 40 calls heavy breathing with no voice and daily confrontations. Im n Florida targeting has decreased due to keeping my phone off.
