Join us 15 minutes standing core workout. The movements in this workout will strengthen all of your core, hit those shoulders and no lying down on the ground required. You'll need a single dumbbell, choose a weight where you're challenged to finish a set of 10-12 repetitions.
Workout Breakdown:
- 5 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Dumbbell marches (used a moderate dumbbell)
2. Single dumbbell over head march (R) (used a light dumbbell)
3. Single dumbbell over head march (L) (used a light dumbbell)
4. Oblique side bend (R) (used a moderate dumbbell
5.Oblique side bend (L) (used a moderate dumbbell)

I've saved this video into my workout library. Love standing only strength training like these. No need to vacuum before exercising. Also why I switched from Yoga to Tai Chi 😊 Thank you so much for sharing this simple but useful video!

Love your video! Clear visuals. Couldn’t make it to rep 4 cause I am easing my way back into incorporating weights in my workouts. However, 3 reps, and i felt the burn 🔥🔥 ❤❤ can’t wait to workout again

This looks like something even a clod who is out of shape and old might be able to do. So me. Though I might not be able to 30 seconds at a time. Maybe I'll start with 15. Thanks for the nice video.
