Join us 15 minutes standing core workout. The movements in this workout will strengthen all of your core, hit those shoulders and no lying down on the ground required. You'll need a single dumbbell, choose a weight where you're challenged to finish a set of 10-12 repetitions.
Workout Breakdown:
- 5 exercises
- 4 sets
- 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises
- 30 seconds break in between sets
Exercises:
1. Dumbbell marches (used a moderate dumbbell)
2. Single dumbbell over head march (R) (used a light dumbbell)
3. Single dumbbell over head march (L) (used a light dumbbell)
4. Oblique side bend (R) (used a moderate dumbbell
