for standing heel raises, you want to grab the back of a chair for balance and you want to push up onto all five of your toes and lift your heels off the floor. you want to hold this position for about 5 to 10 seconds and repeat this for 10 to 20 times. Make sure not to feel pain and also make sure not to lean your body forward just push up straight towards the ceiling.
