Been doing your workouts 4 to 5 times a week for 6 months now. This one was included on your 10 minute playlist. I'm working through them now. Love your low impact routines. Was an athlete in high school which wreaked havoc on the joints so now in my 40's these workouts are just perfect! Thank you so much for offering these. My energy level has increased and my scale and tape measurer are seeing positive results. You're a gem!
I am 57yrs and have been doing Lucy's 30min workouts for 2 years now without fail and i have maintained a good weight a good body shape, could just do with a few more 30min exercise routines to choose from for low impact on the knees which would be great!! Always feel revived & mentally charged afterwards . Thanks Lucy.x

I have age related Osteoarthritis and was so fed up doing calf raises on the stairs but you have given me so many moves to target around the knees 🤗💋and I will be doing this everyday, thank you as I keep saying in every comment.. Thank you so much for this. I have a really bad knee due to an injury so even those other knee friendly exercises are painful for me. But this one is doable. I'm just really looking to move more for health reasons. This is perfect ❤

Thank you Lucy! It not only was kind to my knees, but I had a flareup of rt hip arthritis and this was also perfect in that it did not aggravate that part of my body either. I was glad to feel that I could keep moving and not go backwards in my toning progress. I appreciate your training and channel! 🥰🙏
Thank you Lucy. Have tricky knees and this was great. I need toning on my upper arms so I stepped it up with some light hand weights on some of these exercises. Made for a good workout.

Another lovely and helpful workout video. As a former competitor runner, I'm doing everything to save my knees, and though I no longer compete in running but still likely hit the track just a slower pace nowadays. This video is extremely helpful for me, and I will really use this one. Also, thanks for the emoji every now and then I love to see something that looks like me:o).
Just coming up to 4 wks since I had key hole surgery on my knee, and unfortunately due to boredom eating and lack of exercise I've put weight on. This has been perfect to ease me back into exercise and feel like I'm doing something to get my mojo back!

The left indicator is strange. It's like it's the opposite of what it should be. It should be emptying & going down, not filling up. An emptying, countdown timer's best.
