I'm having trouble with my thighs now I need to get them skinny DAY 1: it was a bit difficult DAY2: doable DAY3: done it's more easier than day 1 DAY4: well I got sweaty, the last exercise I couldn't do it correctly before but now I'm more flexible please keep reminding me so I do it I'll keep you with the updates
Writing it here for those who want to know if it actually works because when I started 2 weeks back I could find that comment among the thousands. Alhamdulillah, it worked for me and I lost 1.5 inches of my belly and .5 inches from the rest of the parts (arms, thighs, legs, etc) Additionally, I was doing 20-minute treadmills along with keeping my diet healthy. Cut down sugar, not complete but up to 75%.
Thanks again for your program. The workouts that you have design is helping me with total body strength and recovery. I am 59 years soon to be 60 and work in an Amazon wear house. every step in this work out from you I am using daily in my regular days and at work. Thanks for sharing this free training. Doing this until I start school Start: 50 kg, height 170cm Day 1✅️: did it all without taking any break, but at the end I was felling VERY exhausted Day 2✅️: did everything but still VERY exhausting Day 3✅️: it was easier than the other days, at the end I was still exhausted but not that much. Did a 2 minute plank too Wait for other updates :)
Great day, Lucy 😀 Just found your channel and immediately downloaded your instructional videos to lower cholesterol. And have done the 7 minute exercise for the first time today. Said exercise video gave me a sweat and left me with a light feeling which I was glad I did. As I was advised by the doctor to exercise which I don't like to do but forced myself to do so to lower my cholesterol and become healthy. Thanks much for coming up with a very easy to follow exercise which encouraged me to work out. 😃👏👍☝❤
My brain: Too tired, too stressed, mych to do and get done.... Then I hear Lucy's voice in my brain and I tell myself, "Surely I have 7 minutes and a mokecule of energy in me?" YES! DONE! (To have not allowed an excuse sabbotage feeling and being a tad healthier has me feeling great!)
First day doing this workout. I love that it had the Bend and Snap. I have been doing your 15 min walk, 7min abs & arms, & your 5 min posture and bust. One day I was looking in the mirror and I noticed my inner arms look firmer. I've also lost 3 lbs in 2 week. Thank you so much! I am enjoying food and losing weight without killing myself in the gym
Surprised how much this truly works. Lost 10lbs in 1 week doing this method. On top of switching to a protein only diet along with using a Thermogenic supplement.

This is the first workout I have done since a subarachnoid haemorrhage in November 2020 (I'm pretty sure I did your workout daily during the first lockdown, although I can't remember!). My physio told me that cardiovascular exercise would really help my balance problems, but I was (a) not convinced and (b) scared!). On a whim I decided to do this workout after work today .... and I'm so pleased I did! I found it quite hard but very enjoyable, and I felt so motivated by your guidance throughout! I honestly think this is something I will be able to manage every day, and even look forward to - so a big THANK YOU!
Love the mild squats. Always love your workouts anyway, they are easy to follow yet bring real results! I was feeling lethargic and unmotivated and I forced myself to do this short workout and now I feel like taking a shower and go back to finish my work! Thanks, Lucy. You're the best! 🤗
