I sleep so well when I do this flow in the evening. Thank you Nic for the great verbal descriptions of body placements. I don't need to crane my neck to look at the screen because I don't get lost during the flow.

More hands-free practices! My wrists get really sensitive in the wintertime, making yoga really difficult to do as a daily practice. These kinds of practices are amazing for me! 💜

You popped up today on my feed for the 1st time today. Im 64 and have neen doing 10 minute ❤ 11:38 practices every day for 167 days now. I loved your standing yoga practice as i dont have my mat today. Loved your talk through. You did a great job. Thank you! ❤

This class was awesome! I'd love to see a 20-30 min version of this class. I'm currently dealing with a shoulder injury that makes it very difficult to practice.

You can do either. If you want more of a stretch in your legs keep the spine straight. To feel it more in your back round the spine.
