it does sound paradoxical that, to go inside, one has to go outside...

I love hiking. I'm expecting to do more of it the more I read about current events.

This material is exceptional. A book on a similar subject was a turning point for me. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze

Be nice now . Coming from the Great white north this is quite obvious to me but today's phone addicted young may not realize this . Amein. Take care and get out there and go for a two hour hike.

Unfortunately with increased urbanisation and spending too much time indoors comes increased depression Humanity needs to take care of its mental health 👍 Spending time each day in nature 10-20 mins helps keep me centred

"Park" is not equivalent to "nature" the fact that you think it is only supports his argument.

Why do we think we can quantify nature? How many teaspoons of sunlight do we need? Tablespoons of trees? Weird and silly.

Being close to nature slow down the progression of stress and anxiety issues, as well as other issues which appears to slow us down as well with planet ayurveda’s herbal supplements and diet plans which needed to be followed strictly.

No matter what I could say that getting out of a city and walking for a half our 3 times a week in a natural area away from traffic can only be beneficial to anyone capable of talking for half an hour at a time with no risk of health related issues.
