Athena hits the dirt and avoids dinos with an extreme Explorer and a hyper-accurate Jeep in our Season 2 premiere episode.
Jurassic Park gave us two classic Star Cars- The Ford Explorer tour vehicle, and the Jeep Wrangler runabout. The Jeep we found is a nuts-and-bolts perfect replica. The Explorer, well...The owner took a few creative liberties in the name of extreme off-roading capabilities, and we love him for it. See them both tackle the Cleghorn Trail, and watch out for those pesky raptors. These Star Cars hope to make a comeback in Jurassic World!

Love the accuracy of the Jeep but really like the offroad ability of the Ford. Both nicely executed. I'm a miserable old git but I was beaming ear to ear just watching this.

I remember the trouble my parents went through to get me the toy version of "The Bush Devil Tracker Vehicle" as it was called by Kenner (the jeep). I love the colour scheme of both those and the explorers.

I'm torn over which of these two vehicles I would prefer to own...The Jeep is accurate to the movie car down to the floormats and would be more fun on road. But the Explorer is just a beast and would be the ultimate off road toy.

I recently did a review about the jeep, but the Ford is far better in this video. I like that it is a fully functional car instead of a rich mans replica. And the fact that it is # 7 is so f'n awesome!

MCAxos They discussed this in the video, he doesn't want it there because it reduces the structural integrity of the vehicle and also, it may get crushed anyway (a not so easy to replace item).

I think the maintenance truck doesn’t have a roll bar between the front and back seats, but I guess it’s a safety thing.

I don't understand why the jurassic Park franchise gets hate sometimes.. the first one is honestly perfect.. and the lost world jurassic park is nowhere near as bad as people say.. it's freaking ridiculous how nostalgia critic says how bad the lost world was when it really wasn't a bad film at all.. I love Jurassic Park 1 and 2.. and him nic picking the original Jurassic Park makes me furious who kares about its problems it's a masterpiece he's taking the films to seriously some people are just disrespectful.. nostalgia critic I have never trusted and never will..

Nice rides. I was going to comment on the incorrect year of the jeep but I figured I'd watch the entire video first and let you explain yourself ;) WELL DONE SIR, WELL DONE! I like how you numbered it as #07 and refer to it as the extended tour. Car #07 is like the open ended part of the vehicle lineup, as we see #07 on the screen but don't actually see the vehicle. It is clear that this truck is a functioning off-road machine, not just a desperate movie replica. I give it 4.5/5 stars as you could easily add taillight guards and faded the paint grade a tad better. Just a thought, you could add a fake dome on top that would not disrupt the structural integrity of the vehicle. Nice video.

Hate to be a stickler to detail but ..... 2:14 you can clearly see over spray on the runner board. Attention to detail! Un-bolt (unscrew) or mask off your parts Sorry you paid to get it done ... Have it done right.

its pretty funny lmao but i actually own both and i put in $4k into my expo its lifted and my yj jeep is bone stock looking back it would've been much cheaper/easier to lift the jeep
