Star Citizen Ship Showcase - How Is The Scythe This Good Now?! 

Digging the change up in music for this one, also real glad the sythe doesn't blow chunks like it used to. Appearntly one S5 is a laser cannon and the other is Plasma which is interesting ( at least according to Erkul)

It's because the WAR cannon has extremely high power efficiency, 1:3.5 energy to damage ratio. That's the highest in the game other than the Dominance scatterguns 1:4. The next highest is the M-series cannons 1:2, and those have 1000 m/sec shot speed vs the WAR's 1400 m/sec. It shares this with the WRATH cannon, but unlike the WRATH the WAR has a much higher alpha*firerate product giving it over twice the dps. The Glaive has two WRATH cannons which gives it great efficiency but not the alpha*firerate product of the WAR on the Scythe.

I believe some of the early kickstarter backers do own the scythe without the monthly sub.

You could have done the VHRT if you just were more patient. You kept going for the constellation instead of bouncing out and recharging your shields. I also didn't see you changing your power distribution triangle at all either. Every time my shield get knocked down I put full powered shield and let them recharge anything less than that unless on the rare occasion you are taking the last few shots of the last ship is suicide.

Nice. Those cannons seem nasty. It looks like master modes made tuning ships easier tbh. More ships feel good to fly sans some bugs

Great videos. You should try some on foot missions. If you have I must have missed those videos. I have been slowly finding some FPS missions and they were a lot of fun. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻👌🏻

You should try out the Blade! Its also pretty good and super maneuverable

If your computer doesn't say "Missiles locked", don't bother shooting them, they won't hit anything. I don't know if it's a bug or purposedly that way, but even when you lock a ship, no voice means no lock.

I think the current bug is that switching flight modes resets your weapon configuration (as in on/off mode and grouping)

great video! shame the Scythe is that badly locked away from the public. know you have scheduled the Glaive next, i'll be waiting for it Could i suggest the Khartu-al afterwards? and i would recommend you to give the Khartul some Ballistics, specifically the Revenant S4 gatlings.

I am teetering on the edge of upgrading a LTI Pulse to the Glaive.... It's just so expensive and I' be disappointed if it's crap like my Ion is now

This ship is a wreck, go fly it and see, i would rather have a aurora, its good to see CIG gradually retiring certain ships, hope this junk never see's the light of day.....and yeah, i know its FREE with Imperator, that's how i know its crap.
