Star Fox Zero - Venom - High Score [341 Hits]

So, there's a pretty high chance that this may be the first (and possibly only) stage that has a maxout score in the entire game. There are a finite amount of turrets scattered about on the surface of Venom (16 in total), and all of them can yield 4 points each when killed optimally. There are also a finite amount of points you can get off of the Laser/Bomb upgrades throughout the stage, as well as getting the fastest kills on Star Wolf, Andross, and the HIT+10 off of Andross when James distracts him. There is also a death abuse that happens in order to respawn all the turrets once the forcefield is turned off. This was found by RockChalk19 on Cyberscore, which effectively adds another 67 points onto the total possible hits this stage had to offer (previously it was 274). In order to get this respawning trick to work though, you need to complete Corneria 2 in Main Game mode to take the warp there, since if you just pick Venom outright, the game skips the forcefield disabling phase of the stage.
Because of this + the tedium you need to endure to get 64 off of all the turrets twice (plus the +3 for max bombs both times, making 67 each), it makes the Star Wolf fight pretty tense actually, because in order to get the perfect score off of the following Laser upgrades from Leon & from the tunnels in phase 2, you must not get hit more than once the entire fight with them, since 2 hits will take away your hyper lasers. Same goes for Andross's laser section until you get the laser pickup off of the first hand that explodes, but that isn't nearly as bad to deal with.
I also left in all the cutscenes and credits just for the hell of it. I also held off on doing a run of this stage because I wanted the video to have an ending invoice bill of 4500+ hits, which is the sum of my best scores on the 12 main scoring stages. There are some other videos I have, but the scores could be much better with a bit more effort I think. I uploaded the videos recently of stuff I thought was sort of decent for now. Hope you enjoy!
