Star Stable Vs Alicia Online 

I never really understood why SSO was comparable with AO at all. Just because they have horses in them does not make them the same type of game. SSO is an open-world mmo rpg, while AO is a racing game. It's like comparing Grand Theft Auto to Mario Kart because they both have cars in them.

Some people seem to be missing the point of the video: You can like whatever you wish, but *Respect* people's choices. Respect is the key word.

Now, what if the games were mixed together? The ULTIMATE horse game. However I'd still love to play both separately, it would still be cool if there was a mix of both, however. I also completely agree with your statement!

So, I do play star stable and I agree but one thing that I think a few ppl are missing is well... the graphics. Did you notice how the horses mane and tail were flowing and a ton more realistic in Alicia? Star Stable bugs me with the mane and tail graphics because the manes and tails look like every individual hair is glued to every other one. I just think that sso had a chance to upgrade the styles and they didn’t... yet.. yes, the newest breeds added into the game have a bit of realistic texture and movements but again the Mane and tail don’t flow with each strand going it’s own separate way...

Also keeping in mind, sso is more meant for children/preteens, while ao is more meant for teenagers to adults... like yanno? But yeah I agree with what you have to say at the end of the video, just thought I’d give a little insight to the viewing standpoint:)

Personally, I prefer SSO over AO. Probably because I like open-world games more. But yes, they are very very very different games with different styles which you can't compare. I think people feel the need to compare them cause they are very different from the regular horse games.

I definitely prefer AO over SSO. For graphics I have to choose AO. The horse anatomy and their gates are just better for me. They are supposed to be racing horses, so their intense galloping and sliding makes it more exciting to watch as you gallop for first. I also like the world graphics too. With the new release of Mistfall, SSO just looks a lot more cartoon-ish.. I don't hate the cartoon style, but I just prefer realism, and AO just looks better to me. Dirt flies up when you slide, rocks break if you run into them, feathers fly off of the horse's wings when they glide.. It's just more appealing to me. I love the relationship that AO characters have with the horses, and the character that horses have. SSO characters don't really have a relationship with their horses. They just jump on and ride around. But on AO, the horses have favorite foods, you can play lil games with your horse, and when your horse is full and the character is like "What? No more?" and they nod their head and put the food back, I don't know, that simple detail just builds some character you, and into your horse. Now, game play..Gotta go with AO. I know that SSO has quests and everything.. But I enjoy intense racing. You're with different people every time, you could come in first or last, and exciting magic or speed races just pull you in. In SSO, if you're last in a race, you're not winning. But it's completely different for AO. You could literally be lvl 1 one still win with the right amount of skill. SSO's now boring and repetitive quests have made me loose interest. They're long, and serve no purpose. Community. O o f. Gotta go to AO for this one. For one, the chat filter is almost non existent. On SSO you're bombarded with loads of hashtags when writing ANYTHING. This is mainly b/c SSO is for kids, but so many veteran players still play, and most are teens. There's also so, so, so much drama on SSO. But for AO, haven't gotta a single ounce of spice, which is good and bad..I like drama, but it gets annoying when it's literally so meaningless, aka all of the drama on SSO. Players on AO are from everywhere, Russia, Korea, America, and they all talk among the same chat, not having to move to their country's server. I just prefer getting to say what I want to the fun people on AO. People are funny on AO man..Bunch of meme lords. For economy, gotta go to AO. Like you said in this video, you have to pay on SSO or wait 9 weeks to get ONE horse. On AO you could literally get 20 horses in 3 min with the right amount of carrots. You can get gems from carnivals, and you don't even have to win carnivals, you still get 100 each time. You earn your money in AO, you don't buy it all with your parents money. I also prefer the outfits on AO. They're exciting and not just riding clothes. You don't have to match to look good. Also, I'm an artist, and character design and outfits are also a big thing for me. The exciting clothes in AO just draw me in, and make me want them all. They're not all just rainbows and pink. Lastly, I love the world of AO. SSO is technically fantasy, but it's in a modern world with magic, than not even everyone knows about. I don't know, I just feel that magic being in a modern world is kind of out of place. However, AO has that old style. With castle backgrounds, flying pigs, and huge cool dinosaur creatures, it just feels right. When you think of fantasy, you think of castles, elves, dragons, etc, and that's almost AO. There's old style houses made of stone, ships, and bridges. SSO has riding arenas, cities, etc. I just don't think that magic should be place in a world like SSO. AO just has the right style. Overally, I prefer AO. I don't hate SSO, but I'm just bored of it...Like Abigail said, you can't compare them. And I've always said that to people when suggesting AO when they only play SSO. They are completely different, set in completely different worlds, with completely different styles.

I joined the community of Star Stable Online back in mid 2014, and I joined Alicia Online almost just after its reopening from the closure of Alicia 1.0. Back when I was younger I thoroughly enjoyed the world of Star Stable Online, the open world capability, the fact that I had an interest in horses and wanted to be an equestrian, the racing and the different horse breeds etc. The quests were very thorough and interesting for such a young mind. I remember creating lots of friends and joining numerous clubs, and I still hold some great memories till this day; and I even had a 5 year long friendship with a friend whom I had met (unfortunately we don’t speak anymore). The community was so much friendlier and welcoming, you could almost speak to anyone without getting a cold shoulder. When I joined Alicia, I immediately fell in love with the appearance of the horses and their animations (although sometimes exaggerated, due to the centre genre of the game of course). At that time many things were still not available due to the development of the game, and it was so exciting waiting for weekly updates on Sundays to see the progression of the development, and previous characters or items coming back to life from the previously what was thought to be forever gone Alicia 1.0. Racing is just exhilarating, speeding around corners and avoiding the opposing teams magic, it makes your heart thump in your chest when you begin to reach the finish line. However, my views have changed as I have grown older. I am now in my late teens. I definitely prefer Alicia Online over SSO. In fact, I don’t even log on to SSO anymore, I don’t find the push or interest to do so. Over the years things have just become repetitive, the same updates every Christmas and Easter, summer festival. The graphics have had somewhat of an update, but still look just as cartoony and rushed, correlating to the mass neglect in horse breeds. Their manes look like smeared glue stuck to the side of the horses neck, and their animations just as ever glitchy as before. There are no quests to do anymore, and even when new storylines were released I have never played them to this day - they are simply boring, and it seems as if almost nothing interesting or relevant happens, dragging this continuous storyline on for 5+ years. Another thing that has only become worse is the star coins system. Star Stable is aimed towards 8-12 year olds - they do not have £60 to spend on some in-game currency to buy 5 horses that they’ll overuse and find boring anyways. I feel as if they are just money hungry, and no matter how many purchases of Star coins that are incoming to their developers or staff, they can never seem to forward it to something brand new and positive, it’s always the same, small updates and repetitive boring horse releases that almost replicate one another. SSO is far behind me, and that is a fact not to be blamed onto someone else. Star Stable IS aimed towards the younger kids, meaning there WILL be restrictive, almost TOO restrictive chat filters to protect their privacy and the conversations between friends to ensure their safety - its a legal right that the kids and parents have and Star Stable have to obey via the Child’s protection law. I have outgrown Star Stable, but I do believe that the continuous boredom made it happen far sooner. Whereas, Alicia has given me great joy over these years. Not once have I ever become bored. You can have such hilarious conversations with the peers that you are racing with, perhaps even voice calling them and having a scream when you are passed a critical fire. I do also feel that I am able to find more friends around my age, and have funnier and more mature conversations. Alicia does not use the purchasing of in-game currency with real money, mainly because the developers who are redeveloping the game now, do not have the legal sources or rights to do so as the license of Alicia does not legally belong to them. This means that you never feel stuck or pressured to spend your hard earned money on something that you are dying to purchase in-game. You can use carrots to buy clothing, participate in horse care and breeding. There is a constant cycle of regaining carrots, whether it be throughout racing or placing one of your horses up for others to use in breeding. You never feel discouraged, as even though it may take a couple hundred races - you’ll still be earning carrots which are almost doubled throughout common events. Although the community can be rather toxic sometimes, there is a simple thing to do, ignore it. I participate with my friends and ignore the toxicity. At the end of the day every game has toxic players who overtake the community but you just have to learn to sweep them under the rug. I feel like I have grown up with Alicia Online. My only rant about this video is that at the end of the day, they are both different genres of games; so it is not right to compare them and say which one is better. In reality, everyone has their own opinion, and you are entitled to voice your opinion as long as you are not insulting or harming someone. You like Star Stable more than Alicia? Okay. You like Alicia more than Star Stable? Okay. Another thing I want to mention, is that I don’t feel like Alicia’s chat is NOT restrictive enough. At the end of the day, they have an option to set your age as 19+. This game is clearly aimed towards older teens and adults, and therefore, it should be your responsibility to speak in a calm and orderly manner, and respond in a calm manner to those who may not. Although they may only get a ban for a couple of days, bans can escalate to permanent bans if they are continuous offenders of Alicia’s rules. Otherwise, Alicia is now my go to. I said goodbye to sso a long long time ago.

To all the sso players that have been saying they have been cyber bullied on ao for liking sso, how exactly did you say you liked sso? A thing I personally see a lot from sso players is "sso is better than ao" And you wonder why people attack you so much? No one likes being told the game they prefer is trash by players of another game they may already dislike 😤 Everyone has their own opinion and thats ok! But if your coming to a game that has a lot of the players who dislike sso strongly, why even put yourself in that position? 😋 Majority of ao players are very opinionated and if they don't agree with what your saying they're gonna let you know. *Thats just a fact of life!* Its not like in race rooms people are like "ew sso player! kick it already!!" most of us dont even care what your name is or what game you came from, we just wanna race 😴 I did play sso in 2015-2017 and still do log on sometimes. I personally find the game boring now and regret the amount of money i have spent on it as its *so easy to get a permanent ban* 😧 and it basically feels as if you can't even talk because the filters are that strict 😤 I feel like i have been chased off the game, not by its players but the moderators and developers themselves 😶 I dont hate sso players, i just hate when they say things like their being cyber bullied by the ao community for liking something when 9/10 times they started the conversation of with "sso is better than ao" 😩 Also if you have an issue with the people who play ao or the filter, do keep in mind that *the game is directed towards teenagers and adults* 🙈 Im weeks late whoops but oh well (EDIT: making things bold whoops)

AO doesnt have as much of a filter in chats because its more of a Teenager game, while SSO is more of a Younger influenced game. In the horse grafics it would go to Alicia for looking a bit more realistic with the mane and tail. But - Star Stable has better grafics in landscape, which plays a big part in a open world game. So at the end - i agree with your choice of saying that neither or both games won. Yes some Alicia players get agressive with Star Stable players, but recently I saw some AO players talking about why they are so aggressive. They aren't trying to be aggressive to the player, but to the game. Most of the AO played actually played or still plays Star Stable, and they were ranting about JoJo Siwa in the game. I dont really care for Jojo, im just confused at why they added someone who has nothing to do with horses into a horse game. And most AO players agree with that. Now I'm not hating on the games choice nor am I hating on Jojo. I still love both games, its just that most AO and some SSO players are kinda upset with the fact that a kid pop star is in the game. Most of the players upset are older ranged. Now km not saying that SSO is only targeting younger children, but others think that. I'm going to end this off by saying that both games are horse based, they are made for horse lovers, so thede should be no need to fight over the two. True they are different age range games, so they are diffirent in many ways. But both games are amazing and loved by many.

I honestly prefer AO's graphics, the maps for the races are wonderful, but I do hope that we get a bit more freedom to move around. (Open world) And I agree about not being able to change the skin color. I won't say it ruins the game, but as a brown skinned girl, it was kind of disappointing that I couldn't make my character look like me.

The only reason I stopped playing sso is because have you even seen the stupid updates? No one needs Jojo or "spirit" (because THAT is not spirit) and tbh the new horses are a bit weird.

I never really got why people are so obsessed with comparing these two??? Who even started this trend yikes Glad you get it! ((Also you've probably already been told that SSO doesn't include a male player option because the hero in the legends is a female, most likely reincarnation of Aideen. It's like playing a Tomb Raider game and asking why you can't be a male))

Finally a correctly made AO vs SSO video! Thank you! I was thinking about making one myself but since I'm so against SSO I felt my opinion would be tainted xD Alicia is definitely for older players. Mostly for the chat system, harder game play which takes actual skill to get good at, and the economy. Personally pick AO but SSO will always be my childhood game. Just so sad to see to going down hill like this. Can't even carry a conversation with someone without typing a whole new language to get around the system, can't even say anything LGBT related, boys are not added, and the staff team and management is just horrible. Will miss old SSO :( ♥

The End of the video hit deep, but damn yea they're different games. So I don't see the point in rivalry. I did absolutely enjoy watching this video as I myself love both games. This is (in my own opinion of course) a better understanding and a better explained video of both games. As I've seen in other videos like this, that they only pick one game and pick off of the other. Anyway great video 👍 One thing is, is that yes Alicia does in fact have chat filters but for certain words (some harsh language like the f word for example and many innapropriate language aswell). As for star stable, the chat filter is wack and won't let you say words like "member" or in your case "someone". Another, is that I give both to great and amazing graphics! For one, I noticed that star stable doesn't have the movement where you lead your horse into one direction while Alicia gives that realistic feel of the characters movement leading the horse into a certain desired direction (I don't know how to explain it properly, my bad). But I also give props to star stable for having a realistic feel like as you said for the equestrian world, as I myself have that feel when I play the game. Though, in all, Alicia is in its early stages once again, and are currently adding new things I thing if I'm correct, every Wednesday. As for star stable they're also adding new things as Well! But I personally don't have favorites, in all honestly I love both games EQUALLY and to me, yes they are different. Ones a racing type simulator while the other is an mmo. And lately I haven't seen any type of rivalry in the Alicia's chats. Which amazes me, but my guess is that they're all fussy about JoJo Siwa being in star stable. Other than that, Alicia is for all ages to enjoy the simulation of the game play and the adrenaline it provides while racing, and star stable is targeting for younger ages (but really, it's meant for all ages to play as well!) Which gives a sense of calmness for some people while playing and some others anger. Anyway, my opinion is that both games are amazing and of course they both have their flaws but you can't really help with that. Also, once again, amazing video

The one probloem with SSO is they are so money thirsty And if they aren't so money thirsty they'd gain more players

From a 3D animators perspective the AOs animation is smoother and has more range in the movement. Though I will agree that a lot of the movements are exaggerated and not natural for a horse to make, they are made in a way that makes it look good and satisfying to play. SSOs animation looks a little bit more restricted in a more awkward way, but not in a too deterring way. At least that is how I would say the animation looks from my point of view. This is not to say that it makes SSO worse, I love playing Skyrim even if some of the movements there are... off. Everyone has different preferences in games, so comparing a racing/strategy game with an RPG game will have different results form player to player.

Sso wins for me. There so many fun clubs, people to meet, and quests. I do wish sso had boys though. Also, pretty much all I see for Alicia is racing. Sso has dressage, quests, a huge area to explore, etc. Yes, sso costs more, but I think its in general better. Alicia has its upper hands on costs, gender equality, and a lot of other stuff. I just think sso is better.

Personally I like SSO better than Alicia. It has a strict chat filter, but at least it's safer for children. On Alicia I'm always seeing people swearing. Also, on SSO you get to choose your horse's mane and tail, instead of stressing out about the fact that you didn't get the mane and tail you wanted, and it's much easier to get the right colour coat on SSO than AO. The gaits of the horses are all different (as Abi said in the video), however, AO doesn't. And ye, I don't know what else to say atm xD

EDIT: one thing i will mention, some players on ao can be quite rude and bash people if they mention they play sso. so... just expect to get yelled or slightly cyber bullied if you mention to someone you play sso. its quite rude, and some people have made the switch from ao to sso, vise versa, but anyways yeah. just be prepared. (i personally made the switch from sso to ao, as ive found that sso is just not holding up to my expectations for a realistic rpg mmo horse game with great gameplay. and although ao isnt that either, it gives off a more competetive nature and i really enjoy that) i persoannly prefer ao over sso. like you said, things are always changing and i personally feel like ao has an audience focused more of teens and adults. which i personally like more as theres less people complaining about losing a race, and we all have a mutual understanding of eachother and our oponents. i love the action within it, and the fact its completely self earnable. theres no cheating within the game, nd anyone whos a really good player simply got there by actually trying and learning the ropes of the game and how to wield it. i also personally like the graphics. they may be a lot simpler, but since the game is so fast paced, its not like we are forced to stare at it for long periods of time. ive made more friends and laughed on ao, then ive ever done in sso. so i guess it just all comes down to personal preference. ao also has a much smaller community, especially with youtube, so im quite happy enjoy such a small game that i can hopefully help grow one day.

Alright guys don’t bother writing a whole essay comparing the two and saying how SSO is better, or AO is better. AO is a racing game, SSO is an adventure game. Completely different. Thanks.

Personally i like ao more but thats just because i like fast paced games more, and since sso is really hard to chat without hashtags in your face every 5 minutes

The horses itself in AO are much more realistic. The only thing is that there are no breeds. The movement sliding is not that realistic but i want SSO to add the sliding, its so nice.

I find them both good in there own way like I love sso because you can explore a place and look at nature and i love ao because I can race and it's beauty not to mention I like the little buddy's my fav are the foxes for the most part and when i get my laptop fixed I'm gonna play it and take a video on my phone because I'm gonna get rid of my old horse....

THANK YOU for making this video. I've been wanting to make this same video for the same reason but do not have the editor for it. I am so glad to hear someone else say these things, while pointing out the better side of each game but leaving it open in the end and respecting both games for their differences.

I think SSO is just a tad bit better. I like exploring, talking with friends, and meeting people that are possibly the same age as me. My two online bffs are just about my age. One is older out of me and my other bff, and then me and my other bff are about the same age, she's only two months older. I know it wasn't good for us to tell each others ages, but we trust each other and we hang out almost every time. Stay safe! ♫☼

Amazing video, compared the games fantastically and then wonderfully separated them again. I think you are totally right. They are different games and everyone has his or her own opinion. I do have to say I like AO more. The people on the Dutch SSo servers just bullied me so much I didn't have the energy anymore to play :| I do still look for the update every week :'D

I agree star stable is only an open game for star riders and that costs Some money but you can play with both games with your friends and that makes me happy

I know this comment will be lost in the others, but I think that some SSO/AO players could do both. AO could be used when the person is active and energetic, or just plain mad. SSO, with its calm nature, could be played like a therapy game, meant to calm the player.

I play bth! I play AO cos It had horses and the graphics are really nice and my friends have it so I play with them! But I prefer Starstable since its kinda realistic but all the things are he same! U can make clubs,Friends, Train and enjoy with racing people! And THATS what a good game Maybe about graphics maybe about how it lags but the most is Hoe u make friends and play with them

I, personally, prefer AO. I used to be on sso 24/7, I loved it, I'm still friends with so many people that I have met on there. But I started getting really into AO, I would train every singe day until my horses were as powerful as they could be, and I gradually stopped playing SSO. We all get bored of games eventually, and I still do play SSO, and pay for star rider.

What good family friendly content. Very educational. I showed this to my kids and they enjoyed it. Great comparisons. 10/10. Keep up the good work.

I prefer AO over SSO, I quitted SSO because you have to wait so long to get star coins, but when you get star coins you'd just get 100 which is really low, it's unfair...

You can't really compare these two games. Really, the only similarity they share is having horses in the game. AO is a racing game, that doesn't revolve around the story. SSO is an open-world RPG game made in a completely different style. Neither is better, and neither is worse. It depends on what you prefer your games to have.

I love this video, there’s a lot of detail and explanations for your answers which I totally agree with. Before I never really noticed or looked into the detail/differences between the two. They both are different and have negatives and positives in the game. But my opinion I look more into adventure and to explore the world, have a vary amounts of quests like story quests, as well as quality, sso is more realistic with more detailed graphics. Just my opinion, but y’all like different things and I respect that.

I love your voice :) Subscribed . I think you pointed out some great things in this video. It's kind of like comparing sims 3 pets to star stable. Both have horses, but they are very different to each other.

I love both alicia online here are my comparisons tho. Alicia has more realistic animations where as star stable is more toony. Alicia also has a much more toxic community. I would love to see a game combine alicia models and racing with star stables open world and realistic tack and chores.

I like both games but i prefer AO over sso, one reason might be because im a guy. AO is also a very good alternative for people who can't pay for star stable because i know quite a few people who want to play star stable but don't have the money for it. Honestly i would see no reason for the two games to fight, they are both great. I also like that alicia doesn't have a filter it can be problematic at some times but mostly it's just funny and calming that people can openly express themselves without being "######################".

I once said "I prefer SSO over other horses games like AO and RdR2" and like a whole ton of people started bulling me and calling me names and saying I can't have my opinion. Like I never said people can't prefer AO and RdR2 over SSO. It's called opinions peoPLE.

If SSO had 1 server then probably everyone would experience a whole lot of lag. There are over 10 million players on SSO and fitting 10 milling people on one server is a bad idea. Maybe if there was one server on SSO, no one will be able to buy horses (People will block the horse for sale), do quests (again people blocking the NPC) and some may never log on because their computer can't haddle it. But great video! I really enjoyed it

AO's community is full of bad people. Of course there are good ones but in a minimum count. When I first joined AO, everything was nice. But then I learned a rule that community put theirself. It was "Talking About SSO Isn't Allowed". I asked them why. One of them said "Do you play SSO?", and my answer was "Yeah." Then everybody started to hate me, I got bullied, nobody was talking to me. However, in SSO, if I say I like AO, nobody would hate me. So in the community opinion, SSO is better (my though). And sorry if my grammar is bad, I'm from Turkey ^-^

The reason Alicia Online doesn't allow you to pay for money anymore, as in the beta times there'd be a buy gems option. Is it's a rewritten game. The original game closed down and then later on new developers remade it. Even if you did click the buying option, it would take you to a page you can't even access

Though, I've always hated SSO, it use to be my childhood game, until I just got sick of it, SSO has horrible graphics, if you have the graphics on Alicia on high then its out right beautiful, you just didn't had your graphics on high. But that's cause it can mess with you're seeing, or perhaps lag. SSO does have better horse variety's, but ao takes the spot on it, AO has amazing manes and BEAUTIFUL coats, I go for blacks on AO cause there generally good horses, if you're lucky you can get 2 good personality's, Glutton (Makes you spin and kiss :3) or benevolent, when u win u slide, nearly tipping lol, and then do a small spin/rear, both are pretty awesome to witness, and the feeling to win against opponents, its a better game then SSO would ever be. There's genders, horses, clothing, etc, and you actually need to work to get you're gems n carrots. Yes its hard at times but if you get to the right mind then you can do it, do not get all hissy n pissy at me, this is my opinion. AO changed a lot for me, And SSO legit ruined everything. SSO was way to expensive for me, and AO is free, SO yes. AO is wayyyyy better, but again this is my opinion ^-^

I think Alicia is more like a personal game that you played to build up your strength in your XP, but Star Stables more of a social game where you can kind of do whatever you want

I play both I do like the racing in AO more since it actually feels like a race and not just a contest of who had the highest stat combination. However SSO has more choices when it comes to horses and more options for character customisation. Both have their ups and downs. The team races in AO are a blast especially the magic ones.

I wish I could play Alicia online :( my 💻 computer doesn’t like Alicia 😔 but thanks to my brother it’s broken 😊 now for Christmas I’ll get a new computer to play Alicia! 😊

I love this kind of SSO Vs. AO, It gives the viewers a choice to decide themselves, other than those messed up videos where the commenter is taking control of opinions, which I hate. Basically, the commenter strongly gives off opinions, and force the viewers to listen to them, but these kinds of videos are great! If you swear within Alicia Online, it's replaced with Korean characters - so, technically, they have a filter that isn't strict, but it isn't slack either.

AO is meant for older players, so that’s why they slack on the chat filter which I personally like. I hate chats that filter a lot of things, and it’s usually hard finding games without a chat filter.

I love both games, but I have been playing AO a lot more recently cause im lvl 20 on SSO and there isnt much to do anymore.

Should have added... Alicia (original Alicia) was shut down after becoming bankrupt, The guys who have brought back Alicia online are doing it as a volunteer basis, legally they do not own the game, and can easily be shut down from whom ever bought the original company and its assets.

I started sso before ao and chose to start due to hate put on ao from sso players and sso players from ao players and when I started ao I loved it as much as sso and noticed many differences in them and unique abilities as said in the video so thanks for explaining that to everyone

When I play SSO I love how there is an OPEN world and there’s quest and everything but when I play AO I love the races! And the fact that you can fly is AMAZING! The only thing that bugs me on SSO is the fact that the graphics aren’t as good as AO and the thing that bugs me on AO is that the money system is confusing and that there’s no open world.Although even if there’s trouble with both games I LOVE THEM SOOO MUCH thanks to you for making the video end with SSO and AO as equals that just made my day :)

moving around is a lot smoother and more fun in alicia while its plain and boring in sso (i find myself trying to slide or start boost a lot after playing alicia or mariocart for too long)

I feel like sso won’t add boy characters because it will ruin the main story, and if they did they would have to rewrite the main story, so i don’t think that’s gonna happen

Personally I prefer Star Stable over AO because I enjoy Star Stable's game genre better with the open world and roleplaying aspect of it. I like Alicia too, but to me after a few races it gets too repetitive and boring, so while it is a great game I only see it as a game to kill a few hours with occasionally. This is because I am personally more of an RPG fan than a pure racing games fan. So whether you find Star Stable or Alicia better, has to do with which game genre you like best. If you are a competitive player which likes to focus on racing only, then Alicia is for you. But if you prefer an environmental game which encourages roleplaying and storytelling and just want to race occasionally (or not at all), then Star Stable is a better choice. It just feels unnecessary to compare the two games because they mostly only share the fact that they both have horses, other than that you kind of run out of things to compare.
