Best part of the special editions. Yub Nub was silly and only worsened the impact of the Ewok's on the film. This feels more appropriate for the characters and what they accomplished. Seeing Luke look at his father, Obi Wan, and Yoda to this is damn tear jerking.

I like how they added Hayden Christensen to the scene too. That was the ghost of Anakin, and Anakin died young when Darth Vader was born.

@Akira Toriyama There might have been some good left in him, but he was already irreversibly tainted at that point. I liked younger Anakin showing up in a state when he was still pure, to symbolize that his soul was cleansed.

Beautiful. Return of the Jedi is the best and still is in my opinion out of the current Saga. Episode Ix better do utter wonders to top it off in my list. Episode VI was the most emotionally engaging and the most meaningful.

@@Platica.Vasile You are right. But I think it really depends on the viewer and how involved you are in the universe. For me VI is the most emotional part, as you can witness the struggle of the Rebellion and our heroes finally paying off (not fully taking Legends into account).

Very well done performance, but there is noticeable dynamic range compression which really makes the deep reverb dip and rise. I think a master with little to no dynamic range compression could sound stellar.

The most sublime moment in ROTJ is the return of Anakin to his former glory as a Jedi with his selfless sacrifice. This musical piece gives him his elegy as fallen hero and gives the galaxy the assurance of a brand new day, free of the slavehood of the Sith.

When you think about it, his death was the first time Anakin was truly free. He grew up a slave to a junk shop owner, became a slave to his passion, to Palpatine's slave. In the end, Anakin's spiritual reward was the ultimate freedom (becoming one with the Force while retaining his individuality).

Wow. I noticed they played it around the Christmas Tree on Christmas Eve. I have Scottish/Irish in my bloodline from my Dad and Cherokee Bloodline from Mom's side. My Mom Passed Away from Cancer the day after my 32nd Birthday. I think this is a beautiful Celtic Manner to celebrate the Birth of Christ. I'll play this same song on my flutes for Christ and to honor my mom this Christmas since she's gone to Live with the Lord Jesus. God would want me and my Dad to feel Happy this Christmas and encourage this.
