It's on jedi knight I guess. At story mode "difficulty" (can't really call it difficulty, because it's is RIDICULOUSLY easy.) she's just standing around like stupid a lot of the time and doesn't do anything. Believe me, I tried on my first playthrough when I got frustrated after my 12th try or something on jedi knight. Now I'm on my 2nd playthrough on grandmaster and, well. It's okay. Tough, but managable. But in fact I agree with you - this vid is shot at low difficulty.
Contraband Gaming yea for sure also normally as soon as you enter the arena she sees you but in lower difficulties you have to get close to them for them to attack you and he was right next to her before she saw him
for anyone still struggling: • go in with single bladed lightsaber • (WHILE LOCKED ON )force push her then hold Y ( Triangle on PS4 ) and attack after dash attack QUICKLY • QUCKLY roll away after previous step • use your stims wisely ( the upgrade where stims fill your force meter is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ) Thank you for coming to my TED Talk - Chef Fiji , Jedi Master.
@@domtremb5650 your playing on easy it should have been easy. she is 10x harder on grand master and does 3x the damage. her ground wave would take half you health with max health from every item and every skill.
This boss is broken. EA literally realized they made you too OP, and allow this boss to break every pre-established rule. She literally missed me with the choke, no clipped, and grabbed me. Busted AF
Beat her in one day after a few hours just used push force and kept swinging mu light saber dodging her deadly moves just kept going at it I still think the previous boss malicos was harder but what a RELIEF
im late as i just played the game cuz it was on sale i agree with this i had to see someone do it cuz i was playing on jedi master having a difficult time but i did beat it finally
The key is do as much damage as you can early on without replenishing your health. You’ll need all the stim you can get after she loses about half her health. Keep your distance, roll away as far as you can, whenever she pauses, use the Force to slow her down and sprint strike her, then back off. Be patient. It’s about being more defensive than offensive. Recognize when she throws her lightsaber at you so you can parry. Time your roll when she does that dash grab to drain your health. Know when she’s about to do that earthquake attack. Keep your distance and keep her in your direct line of vision for the flash grenade move. Those are her toughest attacks. Once you recognize them and counter or avoid them, you can beat her.
Yeah, do that and remember that Force push will stun her for a few moments, which can interrupt red attacks, so you can attack her a couple of times. You can also do the run attack, so she’ll parry that and try to attack, which is very easy to parry back
I got so caught off guard when she put her lightsaber away dashed over and drained 75% of my health by taking my life force. Then threw me on the ground for good measure
One little trick you can do on any game like this with a difficultly, is turn the difficulty on the highest setting and play on that awhile. You will lose every time. Then when u start getting the hang of it a little bring the difficulty back down and it will feel really easy. Kind of a little psychological trick you can pull on urself, it always works for me.
She ALWAYS got me with that one grab unblockable that drains all of your life and force...I'm never ready for it Edit: learned to dodge it...good ending to the game honestly
@@henryfetterman7846 You'll see her put her lightsaber away right before she charges you. That lets you know its coming, so dodge with great timing or just do whatever one probably does.. spam the dodge button to get the hell outta the way.
Also she hits me with that force drain (when I was getting caught by it) whenever my health was 50 percent or lower. So I was dead everytime she caught me.
Thanks man! Spamming force push really helped. I beat her on Jedi Master after a few attempts with this strategy - Spam force push and keep on jumping and dodging.
Just killed her on hardest level. She is vulnerable after force push for a few strikes. So push the hell out of her. Also I was not staying close to her, as that special wave attack is better avoided from the far. I was letting her come to me, push, strike, run back a bit, wait, push, strike and so on. But I guess everyone plays differently. What I wanted to say is that push makes it much easier with her.
pushing her is good like in the video and a left and right click attack with both lightsabers, does alot of damege for any struggling, please reply with any tips :)
Gotta say thanks man. Had been fighting this one for days and tried a bunch of different strats. Never thought that the solution would be a simple force push.
dude im looking for good Tipps for this battle so i click on your promising video description. than i saw your gameplay... thanks for show me the easiest way how to sweat in story mode difficultly ! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
One good strikes I tried on her was the double lightsaber (temporary), just hold square then he splits his lightsaber strikes her. It does quite a lot of damage.
After dying to her multiple times, I managed to kill her by draining her life to the half way mark to which she then calls for the probe droid to come. When the probe droid is there, she will either just do the 2 attacks, the Saber throw or the ground strike. When this happens, stay well away from her and the probe droid, if you stand far back enough, the probe droid won’t shoot you, when she does the Saber throw, just keep deflecting her Saber back at her and just jump whenever she does the ground strike attack. As you keep deflecting her Saber throw back at her, her life will keep draining. As she continues to do the attack, she will gradually get closer to you, when she does, just use time slow on her and run to the other end of the platform and keep deflecting her Saber throws back at her, making sure to not accidentally kill the probe droid in the process. Keep repeating this method and you’ll be able to beat her easily.
Kind of cheap but best easy way to beat her... once the door opens (must be after you lost a first time and she is already waiting) walk across the platform and don’t let the door close on you, use force pull to initiate her and she will charge at you run back through the door since it’s still open and she can’t cross through the door. Attack her over and over but beware you have to kill her inside and you have to have the door closed behind you or the cut scene won’t start.
Played this game around 11 times, and I have created a a strategy for that destroys her. Whenever she does her thrust attack, dodge to the right and dual strike with double Lightsaber. Whenever she parries you, she will do a diagonal slash, dodge to the right and dual strike with double Lightsaber. Repeat until she is dead. If you run out of Force Power, let her hit you once, be very cautious. You'll need the stim upgrade that refills your Force Meter.
After what it seems like 20+ attempts and going to multiple RU-vid videos on how to beat her, these are the most important tips that helped me drastically in beating her: 1. Use the force slow as much as possible, slowing her will help you get hits in and even interrupt her unblockable attacks if you strike fast. It also gives you time to heal. 2. Side-stepping her attacks will enable you to get two or three hits in, try strike her as fast as you can before she starts blocking again. 3. If you’re clueless on what her next move will be, USE THE DOUBLE JUMP. I saved my own ass multiple times by double-jumping when I didn’t know what her next attack was gonna be. 4. Use the single-blade lightsaber instead of the double-blabe. 5. This should be common knowledge but only use your slim consisters when your health is on red. 6. When she lunges forward at you and unleashes two or three attacks just keeping blocking. Once your stamina meter goes down, side-step to get out of the way of her next attack until you see an opening.
This boss is tough but not impossible to fight, DODGE her with circle when she attacks but remain at close distance , and the times where you can attack her at least two to three times as listed below. ONE: Right after she perform that unblockable STAB attack TWO: Right after she perform the spin attack THREE: Right after she slams the ground to perform the wind attack when you about to see her perform the slam get ready to jump over the wind towards her and attack her, use force push for more additional attack. If you are not confident remain at reasonable distance as a start. FOUR: If you have enough power energy use force push against her follow by attack. FIVE: When she is about to force choke you she will be glowing red without her light saber and just charge towards you from a distance, all of this happens within one to two seconds max. So either dodge side ways with circle or force push her with R2 right away. SIX: Always keep her within your sight and focus, she does her attack quickly but you should be able to react to all of her attacks after few fights.
Dang why does everyone have so much health I only have all three of the skill tree max life upgrades and one set of life essence so how do you guys have so much health?
We heavily explored the different planets and found life stim capacity upgrades. I recommend finding a guide that has all the life stim upgrade locations
Galen223adept yea I know where they are but going to the fight I didn’t know I needed to have lots and also my life bar is only like 2/3 the amount his life bar is
ATTENTION: REAL HELPFUL TIPS TO BEAT THIS WITCH IN THIS COMMENT! I just blocked and dodged all her moves. And in her vulnerable moments, just split saber her. Take a lot of her health and sometimes staggers her for you to get more hits on her. Remain close for it to happen though. - Stay back for her shock wave and her behind the back spin moves. But other than that, split saber is a life saver - when the flash goes off, just roll to the side. Just to be safe from blind attacks from her. - Force push or force pull her to stop her animations. I got a couple hits off of her from this as well. - Don't stress dying over and over, every time you die, you learn from your mistake. Took me an hour and a half to beat her. And my end result method is being shared to you guys. - I recommend you have AT LEAST 5 stim canisters on you. - Without being said, AVOID her grabbing you and screwing up your mind. majority of my deaths was from that and shock wave. - Use Cal's slow ability for her if you need breathing room or if you need to heal. As well as using it on Trilla when she dashes. I slowed her when she was in her vulnerable state when I was far away and so had time to reach her and split saber her - DO NOT roll backwards when she dashes you. Her character can still potentially reach you. Always roll to the side Good luck to you all. May the force be with you.
Here's what you do. You push her. Attack her. Sidestep every unblockable attacks. Relentlessly attack after pushing her. Block the incoming lightsaber throw perfectly.
How to easily beat trilla , here’s what you need: Friendship is power, lightsaber mastery, and all force attunement upgrades. Now here is the real strategy: force slow her and use duel lightsabers twice as you can still hit her while she is on the ground, now either try and build your force up MANUALLY, or use stims (6 stims recommended) keep on doing this until you beat her.
For everybody wondering how to beat her on Jedi grand master, the best method is to freeze her and do the split saber attack with the double blade (most damage output.) Now you will only be able to get 1 initial attack before she jumps away, however if you have her backed up against an invisible wall, you can land both hits. The key is to start the double saber attack like 5 feet away from her and the first attack (less powerful) will miss and Cal will jump to her for the second (most powerful) attack. This followed by a nice Y/Triangle attack when she jumps back works very well. Also, if you can get her by the middle side of the platform when the flying droid comes out, you can kill the droid and it will fall and explode right next to her because they will be stuck on the invisible wall. Remember to avoid the choking attack and the rock slam attacks. Also since this method is high damage output, keeping your health as close to max as possible is important. If you have like 9 stimpacks use them!! The choking attack on grandmaster is a 1 hit kill unless you have fullhealth Good luck :)
THANK YOU. You were the only helpful guide in this fight. I'm usually a conservative player, but you've shown me you have to be aggressive and that led me to beat her!
Bro, you're playing on an easy difficulty. I don't even mean this to be rude but youd get absolutely wrecked playing that way on the highest difficulty.
Everybody here saying they struggled on jedi-knight difficulty. Bro I had to fight her for the first time on jedi-master because I didn't want to give up and after about 25+ tries and a few almost going to the dark side moments I finally beat her and was just relieved and proud af
Thank you so much. After doing this your way it took me like 3 tries to beat her on Jedi Master whereas before I died like 30+ times only getting her health to like 50%.
Get her life down by avoiding, and striking when she's vulnerable. Then wait for her to throw her lightsaber and parry it until she is beaten. As soon as she starts throwing her lightsaber, keep your distance and parry.
It's easy, you just need power of friendship and lightsaber mastery would help. Us your double lightsaber because you will be doing split saber attacks. You just force push and do split saber attack twice and use a stim when you are at half health or you need a force refill. You can beat her in like 3 minutes. I have 5 stims, so this may be difficult if you have a limited quantity of them. Just keep trying, and you will kill her. Good luck!
I just beat her with 6/8 stims left on master. This is my first playthrough of the game. I died a whole bunch and was getting frustrated, but then realized the key was repulse. Defend with side rolls, blocking and parrying, then jump at her, and stagger her with repulse (hit triangle in the air) While staggered from the hit use your delay combo, dash strike, or two to three regular hits. Then defend and repeat. The repulse really helps throw her out of her rythym, so she can't keep sabotaging yours. I slow her down when the droid pops up, and just jump attack it out of the sky. If you are rolling a lot on your defenses, especially when low on block gauge, she has trouble hitting you with her ridiculously powerful pretty much game over moves. I hope this helps. Ps: I repulse uses way less force.
I’m playing on grandmaster and lost a bunch of times without even getting more than halfway, but after this I almost beat her, just managed to forget the still buttoned and panicked😬. Great help
Easier method is to stay heavily on her left side, our right side, and dodge after every lunge she does. You'll get her in two cycles and you'll be able to break her guard far more often then going straight at her.
I'm on my 20th try I changed strategies and decided to go in all aggressive by breaking her defense with y and pushing and getting behind her heavy attacks
why would they put an attack that is really hard to doge that does 2/3 of a maxed out health bar????? just makes the boss unfair and frustrating. i've had so many good runs with like 3 bd1 stims left and then boom, game over.
Died like 7 times on Jedi Master and got her down as low as a 1/4 health. The ground pund AOE attack is what kept killing me. I did also find out that if you force pull and hack the probe droids she spawns in, it will still attack you. So dont waste your time doing that. Just parry the saber throws and on the third throw it hurts her. Not much but it helps. I ended up getting too pissed off and lowered it to story mode and demolished her without any hesitation... I'm disappointed in myself and have played the whole game on jedi master.. but she got to me lol
My used ability was slow, followed by the split saber attack (LB/L1 + Y/∆) after that you can do two heavy strikes depending on how much force you have. I played on the hardest difficulty and that eats away maybe 20% of her health each time.
YO! I found a new method. It took me 3 fucking hours to beat it on jedi master. Step 1: slow force + split saber till you’re out of force. Step 2: while you’re still out of force powers, dodge and hit her once/twice and keept doing so till she starts her saber throw with the droid appearing too. Step 3: now that she’s throwing her saber, this is where she’ll pull off that stupid earthquake-ish move. When this is happening, go all the way to the opposite of her. As far as possible from her. Parry ALL her attacks till the battle finish. Everytime she does the earthquake attack double jump facing the lava ground as you will not fall in the lava. As if there’s a wall in fromt of u. Keep on parrying her saber throws. But take note, once she got closer to you run as far as you can to the other corner opposite. ALL THE BEST!! Im so happy to beat the shit out of her.
Something I figured out is kinda cheesy but basically let her kill you the first time, and the when you go back the next time, if you time a split saber hit when she’s done with the unblockable thrust animation, you deal massive damages at the start and get your force back for it. Also try to get the probe droid stuck on her when deflecting it’s lasers, it does additional damage when it explodes on her
@@rafaat6392 Oh I had no idea, I had only played 20 something hours at the time of this comment and never realized there was a skill tree. Thank you, kind stranger.
What about time slow? You know, her other only weakness and literally the only force power that makes cal special compared to jedi masters, or say, the entire Skywalker family
