yup.... star wars, jedi knight had better more realistic combat and it came out years ago. The first game (fallen order) was good enough but i thought they would fix the lightsaber feeling like a bat in the second game. Guess not, glad i didnt pre-order

If you look back at the two games you just stated, the lightsaber effects are actually not any better. They simply made a big white flash and blurred the image so that you can't see what's happening during the fraction of second where the hit happens. It worked with older games that had low resolution and poor frame rates, but it wouldn't work with modern games. Making animations so that the lightsabers perfectly hit each other during each attack would be incredibly hard to make

I think they did it really well, I’m so burnt from open world games and this hit a sweet spot with its acrobatic traversal and not too open spaces, better exploration than ragnorak in my opinion

There’s stealth executions kind of but not really, you can’t crouch and move silently or anything like that

@@DefinitelyNotBender I mean their Jedi, they don’t really need stealth, their like samurai that call out their enemy like “yo wtf is good, I’m right here”

It happens so often that games on PC release with bad performance...

Game runs absolutely horrendous on pc. I'd say you need atleast a 3070-3080 to get like 30-45 fps on medium-high settings

I'm getting okay performance, usually above 100fps maxed out no RT. New areas will drop frames for me, I have a very good PC though. I can see the game not running well on anything but the best hardware unfortunately.

@@swiftyunknown they responded and appearently its better if you have a mid rig to play this omg this is just sad at this point. i have a almost high end rig but my cpu is bottlenecked because of my gpu, but the way games are being made these days it doesn't matter what high end rig you have, the games won't be optimized on high end PCs ever because the majority of gamers have consoles and the majority of pc players play on a 1050 ti with i5. I hate to say this but this kinda deserves the hate it gets.
