I was really looking forward to this one but after this trailer I have my doubts. The main char has some Forspoken main char vibes, unnecessary and especially unnatural emotional theatrics that don’t fit a bounty hunter or rather someone who lives in the underworld. Take what she says and how she says it and slap it into a trailer for Grey’s Anatomy or smth like it and it would fit right in. But alas, if the gameplay and the open world is solid, I’ll get it. Definitely no pre-order though, never.

bro, if the freaking trailer is looking this janky, I'm scared to see what it's actually gonna look like at launch. Also, even leaving the performance stuff out of it, this is a bad trailer. It's like they were trying to show as many locations as possible and totally fail to give this trailer any sense of identity. Like, I've seen it twice now and I still don't know what the story in this game is gonna be, except for the generic 'smart-talking thief screwed over the wrong people and now has to bla bla bla' logline. I don't think it's too much to ask that it should make me at least a little bit curious but the only to reason to play this game right now is: It's Star Wars, which was the case when this game was announced, hence this trailer achieved what exactly?

Could be good. Seems very Ubisoft-y though. The main character is a bit corny (and her little dog, too). I'm interested in seeing what a studio that isn't EA can do with the IP (though I liked many of the EA SW games)
