That Grievous scene was incredible

That B2 at 1:35 showed how terrifying it was to come into contact with them. They’re easy if you’re a Jedi but for the rest, they’re just soulless enemies that keep advancing towards you, tanking up hits as they go. Also Grievous has 3 lightsabers before his fourth arm was sliced off my Ventress during their fight. Glad the writers remembered.

I got to meet Morgan’s actress, Diana Lee Inosanto, a few weeks ago at a Con. Unlike her character, Diana was a really sweet and kind woman who enjoyed interacting with fans (she loved my Calvin & Hobbes-themed Star Wars shirt 🙂)

They finaly did Grievous justice. He was so menacing and badass here.

Personally my favorite episode of Tales of the Empire was the Thrawn episode. Besides Morgan’s fight with Rukh and conversation with Thrawn, I was really happy to see Captain Pellaeon again. If you remember Pellaeon appeared in Mandalorian Season 3 in the meeting of Imperial Officers, he was the one opposing Gideon and advocating for waiting for Thrawn’s return. That was fitting because in the original Thrawn books, Pellaeon was Thrawn’s right hand man and one of his protégés, he’s basically the Doctor Watson to Thrawn’s Sherlock Holmes. Like his Mandalorian appearance, this episode nailed his personality of being one of the nicest and most competent Imperial officers in how he treated Morgan respectfully and asked her a sincere question about her ship’s capabilities. Beyond that, this is the closest thus far of putting him, Thrawn and Rukh together on screen, replicating the trio’s dynamic in the books (Thrawn’s the brains, Rukh’s the muscle and Pellaeon’s the “straight man” to contrast with the other two’s more unique characteristics )

Palleon only had a voice cameo in the Rebels S4 finale. He made an on screen appearance in Mando S3 among the imperial shadow council.

I noticed you're starting Fall Out soon so fun fact, the actress playing the main character in Fall Out is the same actress that voices Jinx in Arcane

I was surprised that another tribe of witches existed on Dathomir, the "Mountain Clan" ⛰️ who appear to be witches who more identify with the Light side of the Force because of the clan mother's magic being a bright bluish white, as opposed to the Night Sisters Magick mostly appearing as an eerie green glowing mist, along with being more pacifistic and not actively seeking out conflict like the Night Sisters would more than likely choose to 🤔. And their matriarch put it nicely to not assume just because someone does not wish to fight that they aren't capable 🤔😅. It's sad that she lost her daughter, though 🥺😣😔. I wonder if they also choose lifemates from the Night Brothers like the Night Sisters do, which would explain why both members of the Night Sisters and the Mountain Clan had/have many young/younger members among their ranks, don't you think 🤔🤷‍♂️?

The fact that pellaeon is in these is probably the worst part about this season for me. I love most of what they do nowadays but the ways they sometimes completely ignore canon (completely unnecessarily too) rubs me the wrong way whenever it happens, especially if they retcon books like the thrawn trilogy that are so amazingly written and bring so much depth to the universe

I didn't expect you to start this until you finished The Bad Batch Season 3. 😊

7:25 There's actually is a Tie fighter that is better then the standerd and the tie interceptors it's called the Tie advanced (Shields, hyperdrive and missiles) it was planed to be the new standard fighter for the navy but most admirals didn't do it

Peaks in the first 3 minutes with Grievous murdering nightsisters. Rest of this show is honestly pretty ass, especially when Tales of The Jedi was largely pretty great.
