Maybe it’s for the best that Anakin never meets grievous due to he end up as a killer cyborg that wore a cape like grievous did. Also Anakin will make a bad grandfather towards Ben solo due to Ben became Kylo Ren that killed Jedi and has red dark side eyes.
Also if Anakin was killed during the clone wars then I’ll bet Sidious would either kill or kidnap and train padmes children into becoming sith or Inquisitors.
