What I don’t understand is how so many baristas mess this drink up? It’s the only drink I order from SB and 85% they mess it up 😢

What is sweet cream? Is this the same as heavy cream?

Do you think I can order this with two shots of shaken espresso (without the syrup you usually put in the regular shaken espresso) instead of the vanilla base and cold brew?
